국문 초록

현재 베트남의 Xuan Son국립공원에는 약 32,423명의 거주자가 있다. 이들 중 대부분은 소수 민족(대략 90.03%)이며, 빈곤율은 44%에 이른다. 이곳의 소수 민족들은 여러 세대에 걸쳐 삼림과 밀접한 직업을 가지고 있으며, 삼림 자원을 이용하고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 발생하는 문제는 어떻게 하면 다른 이익 집단과 조화를 이룰 것인가 하는 것이다. 한편으론 소수 민족의 삶을 보존하는 것이고, 다른 한편으로는 Xuan Son 국립공원 보존을 보존하는 시급성과 맞닿아 있다. 그들 대부분은 숲으로부터 이용 가능한 자원을 포기하기 어렵다. 이것은 삼림 스트레스가 감소하는 것이 아니라 증가하는 경향이 있다는 것을 의미하는데, 특히 자연보호구역 안팎에 살고 있는 사람들이 직면한 생활은 이러한 스트레스를 조성한다. 이 논문은 삼림에서 소득을 얻는 사람들의 산림 의존도를 보여준다. 이 논문의 결과는 Xuan Son 국립공원의 자연림을 관리하는데 나타나는 자료를 보여준다.

영문 초록

The National Park Xuan Son now has about 32,423 inhabitants. Most of them are ethnic minorities (accounting for 90.03%), while the poverty rate accounts for 44%. Ethnic minority people come from many generations that have worked closely with and exploited the forest, creating pressure on forest resources. Therefore, the question is how to get the harmony of different interest groups, between the one hand is the livelihoods of the ethnic minorities and the other hand is the urgency of conservation in Xuan Son National Park. Most of them are difficult to abandon the exploitation of available resource from the forest. That means the pressure on forest does not decrease, but also have tends to increase, especially as this pressure is created by the necessities of life facing the difficulties of people who live inside and outside the nature reserve. This paper shows the level of forest-dependence of the people reflected by the income rate from the forest. The results of the paper provide data expressing some challenges in the management of natural forest in Xuan Son National Park.
