국문 초록

우리나라도 장애유아를 위한 치료 환경 및 프로그램에 대한 필요성이 증가함에 따라, 아동상담소 및 정신과병원 부설 치료센터에서는 장애유아를 위한 놀이치료와 감각통합치료, 미술치료 등을 점차적으로 증설, 제공하고 있다. 이 중 미술치료는 1998년 대구대학교 재활과학대학원에 미술치료전공의 설치가 그 효시가 되어 2006년 현재 미술치료관련학과는 8개 대학(대구대학교 재활과학대학원 미술치료전공, 원광대학교 보건환경대학원 예술치료학과, 영남대학교 환경대학원 보건미술치료전공, 서울여자대학교 특수치료전문대학원 표현예술치료학과 미술치료전공(석, 박사학위과정), 명지대학교 사회교육대학원 예술치료학과 미술치료전공, 한양대학교 대학원 학과 간 협동과정 아동심리치료학과(석, 박사학위과정), 대전대학교 보건스포츠대학원 예술치료학과, 동국대학교 문화예술대학원 예술치료학과 등)에 이르며, 대학 사회교육원이 중심이 되는 단기코스 강좌는 수백 명씩 참여하는 등 전국적으로 많은 관심을 보이고 있다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to produce child-centered art education program for socia l?emotional domain and cognitive domain of young childrens with autistic disorder. This program based on the clinical resources and experiences in a Pediatric Psychiatry Clinic of a General Hospital from 1997 to 2003, and placed emphasis on the cured aspect of art therapy and represented motivation theory of art education. This program consisted of a motivation activity and a painting activity. The former, performed in the first session, was brought focus into social and emotional domain, and the latter was planned to contribute cognitive domain. It considered aspects of developmental stage(short attention span and imitation impetus) in a program formation, tried to bring about an emotional satisfaction and an internal motivation by kinesthetic experience and tactual sense of an infant age in a developmental stage of a children with disabilities. It is important for therapist to intervene and to make up environment for the communication promotion. This program is worthful in that it is suitable for domestic clinical environment out of foreign clinical form.
