집단미술치료가 한부모가정 청소년의 정서지능에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 한부모가정 청소년을 대상으로 집단미술치료를 실시하여 정서지능에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 K시에 위치한 A중학교 1？2학년에 재학 중인 한부모가정 청소년 18명이다. 이들 은 집단미술치료 프로그램에 참여하기를 희망하여 학부모의 동의서를 제출한 학생들로 실험집단 9명, 통제집단 9명씩 무선배치 하였다. 집단미술치료는 실험집단을 대상으로 2014년 9월 16일부터 2014년 10월 31일까지 주 2 회씩, 90분 동안 총 13회기 동안 실시되었으며, 통제집단에 대해서는 다른 프로그램이 제공되지 않았다. 연구도 구는 Mayer와 Salovey(1997)가 수정한 정서지능 모형에 입각하여 Moon, Y.(1999)가 제작한 청소년용 정서지능 검사이다. 사전 검사는 집단미술치료를 진행하기 1주일 전에 실시하였으며, 프로그램의 종료 1주일 뒤 사후검사 를 실시하였다. 자료처리는 실험집단과 통제집단의 사전 정서지능검사를 사용해 독립표본 t검증을 실시하여 두 집단간 동질성 여부를 살펴보았으며, 집단미술치료의 효과를 살펴보기 위해 실험집단과 통제집단의 사전？사후 정서지능 점수 차이를 알아보기 위해 반복측정 분산분석(repeated measure ANOVA)을 활용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 집단미술치료는 한부모가정 청소년의 정서지능에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to investigate the effects of a group art therapy on the adolescents from single-parent families in terms of their emotional intelligence. The subjects of this research were comprised of 18 teenagers from single-parent families who are attending in the first or second year of a middle school in K City, All of them expressed their wishes to participate in the group art therapy with the consent of their parents. Nine students were allocated to the experimental group and the other nine students were allocated to the control group. The program was conducted on the experimental group from September 16 to October 31, 2014, twice a week, for 90 minutes for each session, comprising a total of 13 sessions. The juvenile emotional intelligence test made by Mun Yong-lin (1999) based on the recently revised model of emotional intelligence developed by Mayer and Salovey (1997) was conducted as A pre-and postttests. In order to verify homogeneity between the experiment group and the control group, an independent t-test was conducted, and to investigate the differences between scores for the pre- and posttests, a repeated measure ANOVA was used for analysis. The research outcomes produced through the aforementioned methods suggest that group art therapy has positive impacts on the emotional intelligence of adolescents from single-parent families.
