대학생의 스트레스 대처수준에 따른 PPAT 그림검사 반응 특성

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 PPAT(사과 따는 사람 그리기) 그림검사 반응과 스트레스 대처수준, 자기효능감, 자아탄 력성, 불안 및 우울과의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 실제 대학생 상담 현장에서의 PPAT 활용가능성 여부를 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기 소재 대학교 2곳에 재학 중인 대학생 330명을 대상으로 PPAT 그림검 사와 스트레스 대처전략 검사지, 자기효능감, 자아탄력성, 불안 및 우울 척도 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자 료에 대해 잠재프로파일 분석을 실시하여 잠재계층을 분류한 뒤, 일반선형모형 분석을 통해 잠재계층과 스트레 스 대처, 자기효능감, 자아탄력성, 불안 및 우울과의 관계를 분석하여 각 잠재계층의 특성을 살펴보았다. 본 연 구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, PPAT 그림검사는 스트레스 대처수준을 부분적으로 유의하게 예측하 였다. 둘째, PPAT 그림검사는 스트레스 대처수준에 영향을 미치는 자아탄력성을 유의하게 예측하였다. 셋째, PPAT 그림검사는 스트레스 대처수준에 영향을 받는 불안 및 우울 수준을 유의하게 예측하였다. 이러한 연구결 과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의 및 시사점을 논하였으며, 추후연구를 위한 제언을 다루었다.

영문 초록

The objective of the study was to determine the reliability of the PPAT assessment as a tool for identifying stress coping styles by investigating the differences in the reactions of university students according to their stress coping levels, self-efficacy, self-resilience, anxiety and depression. The subjects of this study were 330 students at universities in the city of Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The collected data were statistically analyzed using factor analysis and correlation analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, significant responses were partially found using the FEATS Problem-Solving Scale, which reflected on the stress coping level. Second, there were significant differences in self-resilience which was related to the stress coping level. Third, there were significant differences in anxiety and depression with regard to the stress coping level. The results of this study clearly prove that the PPAT assessment can be used as a tool for identifying stress coping styles by investigating the differences in reactions according to the stress coping levels of university students.
