이혼을 경험한 내담자의 동물인형상징을 통한 심리진단 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 이혼을 경험한 여성 내담자의 동물인형 상징을 통하여 자기인식과 타인인식, 원가족에서의 경험과 현가족의 인형상징체계를 인형심리진단 매뉴얼에 따라 분석하여 내담자의 인식체계와 관계체계를 파악하였다. 주요 결과는 첫째, 자기인식은 방어/생존, 의존, 약함, 긍정적 소망, 소망자아는 독립과 긍정적 소망, 강함과 공격, 부정적 소망의 상징을 보였다. 둘째, 타인인식은 방어/생존, 강함과 약함, 독립과 의존, 긍정적 소망, 소망하는 타인인식은 방어/생존, 독립, 긍정적 소망의 상징을 보였다. 셋째, 가족관계인식은 원가족과 현가족 모두 분열형 가족체계를 보인 반면, 소망가족은 균형형 가족체계의 상징을 보였다. 본 연구는 가족체계 내에서의 갈등의 복합적인 원인과 역동을 파악하는 치료과정에서 인형매체의 시각화를 통하여 내담자의 인식체계를 다차원적으로 파악함으로써, 내담자 자신과 타인, 가족체계에 대한 이해, 인식변화 등 자기성장을 통한 관계회복이라는 상담효과를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the animal figure symbolic system of self-awareness, other-awareness, family relations according to the figure psychological diagnosis manual. The main results were first, the client showed that self-awareness symbols were defense/survival, positive wishes, weak and dependence, desired self-awareness symbols were independence and positive wishes, strong and negative wishes. Second, she expressed that other-awareness symbols were defense/survival, strong and weak, independence and dependence, otherwise, desired other-awareness symbols were defense/survival, independence, positive wishes. Third, family relations awareness symbols showed separated family system, otherwise desired family relations was balanced family system. This study showed that the client's cognitive system can be understood multidimensionally through visualization of animal figure symbolic system in the family counseling process of identifying the complex causes and dynamics of conflict within the family system. In future research, first, it is necessary to verify the effectiveness of the family therapy process by conducting the animal figure psychological diagnostic assessment on clients experiencing various problems. Second, it is necessary to continuously verify the effectiveness of the animal figure psychological diagnostic assessment in solving and changing problems experienced by couple and family.
