국문 초록

본 연구는 틱 증상을 가진 5세 남아의 인형심리평가를 통하여 자기인식, 타인인식, 가족과 또래 인식을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 최광현과 선우현(2020)의 인형심리평가 매뉴얼에 근거한 단일 사례연구방법이었다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동은 자기인식에 있어서 상어와 전갈을 선택하여, 힘을 추구하면서 내적 적개심이 쌓여 있음이 시사되었다. 둘째, 아동은 타인 인식에서 다양한 동물들을 질서 정연하게 배치해 놓음으로써 수 2의 세계를 나타냈다. 셋째, 아동은 가족관계 인식에서 어머니를 돌고래로, 아버지를 문어로, 그리고 자신을 사마귀로 선택하여 이상을 추구하는 어머니와 현실적으로 존재하지 않는 아버지, 그리고 그 사이에서 끈질기게 살아남으려는 생존의 몸부림이 확인되었다. 넷째, 아동은 또래 관계 인식에서 자기 자신을 사마귀로, 주변의 또래들을 상어, 뱀, 악어, 전갈로 상징화하여, 아동의 또래관계에서의 취약한 서열관계를 시사하였다. 아동은 힘을 추구하지만, 현실적인 한계에 대한 자각으로 인하여 수동 공격적 문제행동과 증상을 드러내는 심리적 역동을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to grasp self-awareness, other perception, family and peer perception through doll psychological evaluation of a 5-year-old boy with tic symptoms. The research method was a single case study method based on the doll psychological evaluation manual of Kwang-Hyun Choi and Sun Woo-hyun Sun (2020). The research results are as follows. First, it was suggested that children choose sharks and scorpions in their self-awareness, and that internal hostility accumulates as they pursue strength. Second, the child expressed the world of number 2 by arranging various animals in an orderly manner in the perception of others. Third, in the perception of family relations, the child selected the mother as a dolphin, the father as an octopus, and the father who did not exist in reality, and the struggle for survival was confirmed. Fourth, the child symbolized himself as a mantis in the perception of peer relationship, and the surrounding peers as sharks, snakes, crocodiles, and scorpions, suggesting a weak hierarchical relationship in the child’s peer relationship. Children seek power, but due to awareness of their realistic limitations, they were able to confirm the psychological dynamics that reveal passive aggressive problem behaviors and symptoms.
