방문객 온라인 리뷰 분석을 통한 관광지 이미지 연구 - 제주곶자왈도립공원을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 '제주곶자왈도립공원'의 방문객이 작성한 온라인 리뷰를 분석하여 대상지에 대해 어떤 이미지를 형성하고 있는지 살펴보고, 관광지 이미지를 강화하기 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 수행되었다. 수집된 온라인 리뷰에서 명사와 형용사를 추출하고, 추출된 명사형 키워드를 활용하여 TF/ TF-IDF 분석, N-gram 분석, 연결 중심성 분석을 실시하였으며, 형용사형 키워드로 감성분석을 실시하였다. 방문객들은 대상지를 걷기 활동 중심의 공간으로 인식하고 있으며, 자연환경 속에서 힐링하는 경험이 관광지 이미지 형성에 많은 영향을 미치는 것을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 또한 '제주곶자왈도립공원'을 이용하는 데 있어 물리적 요소와 접근성을 중요하게 생각하고 있으며, 이러한 물리적 환경에 대한 이미지는 개인마다 다소 차이가 있었다. 이에 시설 및 프로그램의 강화, 물리적·심리적 환경 요소 및 접근성 개선, 입장료 및 서비스 질 제고를 위한 정책 제공, '곶자왈' 가치 제고를 위한 관광자원화 등의 시사점을 도출하였다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to analyze online reviews written by visitors to 'Jeju Got Jawal Provincial Park' to examine how they form an image of the destination and to draw implications for strengthening the destination image. Nouns and adjectives were extracted from the collected online reviews, and TF/ TF-IDF analysis, N-gram analysis, and connection centrality analysis were conducted using the extracted noun-type keywords, and sentiment analysis was conducted using adjective-type keywords. Through the emotional and cognitive evaluation of visitors who visited and experienced Jeju Gotjawal Provincial Park, we were able to consider what kind of image is being formed, keywords related to visitor satisfaction, and areas that need to be improved. It can be seen that visitors perceive the destination as a space centered on walking activities and that the experience of healing in a natural environment has a great influence on the formation of tourist destination images. In addition, physical factors and accessibility are important in using 'Jeju Gotjawal Provincial Park', and the image of this physical environment varies somewhat among individuals. As a result, implications were drawn for strengthening facilities and programs, improving physical and psychological environmental factors and accessibility, preparing policies to improve admission fees and service quality, and Tourism Development of Gotjawal to enhance its value.
