항공서비스학 전공 대학생의 항공면접실무 교과목 인식에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 <항공면접실무> 교과목에서 실시한 면접훈련 프로그램에 대한 학생들의 인식과 교육적 성취를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 항공서비스학 전공 대학생이 인식하는 학습동기의 변화를 측정하고자 교과목 학습 전·후의 차이를 검증하였으며, 학습에 대한 개인의 평가와 개선을 위한 방법으로 면접훈련 프로그램의 항목인 시각적 면접행동, 음성적 면접행동, 내용적 면접행동에 대한 중요도와 성취도를 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 <항공면접실무> 교과목을 수강한 항공서비스학 전공 대학생을 대상으로 설문을 실시한 결과, 첫째, 학습동기의 하위요인인 주의집중, 관련성, 자신감, 만족감 모두 수업 전·후 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 중요도-성취도 분석을 통해 노력이 집중되어야 할 항목은 자연스러운 얼굴 표정과 미소, 면접관에 대한 시선 처리, 면접 시 자연스러운 동작, 복장/헤어/메이크업의 완성도 등 시각적 면접행동 등으로 조사되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 효과적이고 체계적인 학습전략을 구축할 수 있는 근거자료가 되길 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study aim to analyze students' perceptions and educational achievements of the interview training program implemented in the course. In order to measure the changes in learning motivation recognize by university students majoring in aviation service, the differences before and after learning the course are verified. In addition, as a method for individual evaluation and improvement of learning, the importance and achievement of the interview training program items, visual interview behavior, vocal interview behavior, and content interview behavior, are analyzed.As a result of the analysis, first, there is a significant difference in the sub-factors of learning motivation recognize by university students majoring in aviation service, such as attention, relevance, and satisfaction, both before and after the class. Second, through the importance-achievement analysis, the items on which efforts should be focused were natural facial expressions and smiles, eye contact with the interviewer, natural movements during the interview, and visual interview behaviors such as the completeness of clothing/hair/makeup. It is expected that these research results will serve as basic data for establishing effective and systematic learning strategies.
