국문 초록

본 연구는 도박 중독자의 비합리적 도박신념, 자기조절력과 가족건강성이 일상생활적응에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 비합리적 도박신념과 일상생활적응 관계에서 자기조절력과 가족건강성의 매개효과를 실증적으로 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구에서는 G광역시 소재 도박문제예방치유센터에서 도박중독 상담을 받고 있는 내담자 135명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 설문 조사를 수행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 측정도구의 신뢰도 검증, 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석, 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 정리하면, 첫째, 도박 중독자의 비합리적 도박신념의 자기과신적 비논리적 추론(β=-.351, p<01), 기술 과대평가적 추론(β=-.277, p<05)은 일상생활적응에 부정적인 영향을 미치고, 자기조절력과 가족건강성은 일상생활적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 도박 중독자의 비합리적 신념과 일상생활적응 관계에서 자기조절력(β=.587, p<001)과 가족건강성(β=.231, p<01)은 완전 및 부분매개변수로서 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 도박 중독자의 자기조절력과 가족건강성은 이들의 비합리적 도박신념을 완화하여 일상생활적응을 증진할 수 있는 중요한 변인임을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the effects of gambling addicts' irrational gambling beliefs, self-regulation, and family strengths on daily life adaptation, and verified the mediating effects of self-regulation and family strengths in the relationship between irrational gambling beliefs and daily life adaptation. A survey was conducted with 135 clients receiving counseling for gambling addiction at the Gambling Problem Prevention and Healing Center in G Metropolitan City. Data were analyzed using SPSS, including reliability tests, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, multiple regression, and mediated regression analysis. The results showed that irrational gambling beliefs negatively affected daily life adaptation, while self-regulation and family strengths positively influenced it. Self-regulation and family strengths acted as significant mediators in the relationship between irrational gambling beliefs and daily life adaptation. This study suggests that self-regulation and family strengths are key factors in alleviating irrational gambling beliefs and improving daily life adaptation among gambling addicts.
