중고령 노인의 자아탄력성과 성공적 노화의 관계 : 여가몰입의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 중고령 노인의 자아 탄력성과 성공적 노화의 관계에서 여가 몰입 매개적인 역할을 하는지 검증하여 실천 방안을 모색하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 D지역 노인복지관, 문화센터 등에서 여가 프로그램을 이용하는 중고령 노인을 대상으로 하였으며, 최종 자료분석에는 241부를 활용하였다. 본 연구결과, 첫째, 중고령 노인의 자아탄력성이 높을수록 여가몰입이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중고령 노인의 여가몰입이 높을수록 성공적 노화가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중고령 노인의 자아탄력성과 성공적 노화의 관계에서 여가몰입의 부분 매개효과로 나타났다. 이 결과는 중고령 노인의 자아 탄력성과 성공적 노화 관계에서 여가활동 몰입의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 중고령 노인의 성공적 노화를 위해서는 여가활동 몰입으로 여가활동을 활성함으로써 성공적 노화를 이룰 수 있다는 결과를 검증하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for seeking practical measures by verifying whether it plays a mediating role in leisure commitment in the relationship between self-resilience and successful aging of the middle and old aged. This study targeted the middle and old aged who use leisure programs at senior welfare centers and cultural centers in area D, and 241 copies were used for the final data analysis. As a result of this study, first, the higher the self-elasticity of the middle-aged and elderly, the higher the leisure commitment. Second, the higher the leisure commitment of the middle-aged and elderly, the higher the successful aging. Third, there was a partial mediating effect of leisure commitment in the relationship between self-elasticity and successful aging of the middle-aged and elderly. This result is significant in that for the successful aging of the middle-aged and elderly, successful aging can be achieved by activating leisure activities through immersion in leisure activities.
