치료놀이를 적용한 대학생 예비부모교육프로그램이 대인관계 및 자기의식에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 치료놀이를 적용한 예비부모교육프로그램이 대인관계 및 자기의식에 미치는 효과성을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 충남에 소재한 한 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 중 실험집단 12명, 통제집단 12명 총 24명을 대상으로 하였으며, 대인관계를 측정하기 위해 Guerney의 관계 변화 척도를 번안한 대인관계 척도를 사용하였으며, 자기의식을 측정하기 위해 사용된 도구는 Fenigstein 등이 개발한 자기의식검사(Self Consciousness Scale)를 김득란이 한국 실정에 맞게 몇 가지 문항을 추가한 것을 그대로 사용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 통제집단의 대학생들의 대인관계점수의 사전·사후 간에 차이가 없었으나, 치료놀이를 적용한 예비부모교육프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 대인관계점수가 사전과 사후 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 둘째, 통제집단의 대학생들의 자기의식 점수의 사전·사후 간에 차이가 없었으나, 치료놀이를 적용한 예비부모교육프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 자기의식 점수가 사전과 사후 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 그러므로 치료놀이를 적용한 예비부모교육프로그램이 대학생의 대인관계 및 자기의식에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다는 것을 확인할 수 있게 되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of a pre-parent education program through theraplay on interpersonal relationships and self-consciousness. The design of this experiment is the Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The subjects are 24 university students from the same university. I did a pre-parent education program through theraplay on an experimental group ten times. I made certain to change of the interpersonal relationship and self-consciousness before and after the pre-parent education program through theraplay and compared the results with the control group. The major results obtained from this study are summarized as follows. 1. The university students who participated in the pre-parent education program through theraplay showed a highly positive change on the score of interpersonal relationship. 2. The university students who participated in the pre-parent education program through theraplay showed a highly positive change on the score of self-consciousness. With these results, the pre-parent education program through theraplay has a positive effect on the interpersonal relationship and self-consciousness of university students. In conclusion, the pre-parent education program through theraplay is an effective program that improves interpersonal relationships and self-consciousness.
