청소년의 부모-자녀의사소통과 자아분화가 불안에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 청소년들의 성별에 따른 부모의사소통, 자아분화, 불안수준의 차이를 알아보고, 불안에 미치는 변인들의 영향력을 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 고등학교 남학생 102명, 여학생 156명을 대상으로 하였으며, 부모의사소통, 자아분화, 불안척도를 사용하고, 결과분석을 위하여 t-test, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별에 따라 모 의사소통, 가족투사, 불안에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 즉 남학생보다 여학생이 어머니와 의사소통이 원활하고, 부부갈등이나 위기가 자녀에게 투사되는 정도가 적다고 느끼나, 불안수준은 높았다. 둘째, 남학생의 경우 부모의사소통은 자아분화의 하위영역인 인지 대 정서, 가족투사, 정서단절, 가족퇴행과 정적인 상관이 있었다. 불안은 부의사소통과 상관이 없었으나, 모의사소통과는 부적인 상관이 있었다. 여학생의 경우 부 의사소통은 가족투사, 정서단절, 가족퇴행과 정적인 상관이, 불안과는 부적상관이 있었다. 모 의사소통은 인지 대 정서, 가족투사, 정서단절, 가족퇴행과 정적인 상관이, 불안과는 부적인 상관이 있었다. 셋째, 남학생의 경우 모 의사소통, 인지 대 정서기능, 가족퇴행이 불안에 부적 영향을 미쳤으며, 설명력은 29.3%였다. 여학생의 경우는 모 의사소통, 가족퇴행이 부적 영향을 미쳤으며, 설명력은 32.5%였다.

영문 초록

This study explores the effects of parent-adolescent communication and self differentiation on the adolescent's anxiety. The subjects were 258 senior high school students in Daegu. The measurement devices for the study were the Parent-Adolescent Communication scale, self-differentiation scale, and Beck's anxiety inventory. The study conducted a t-test, pearson correlation, and regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows: First, mother's communication, family projection, and anxiety have significant differences in regards to sex. Second, for male students, parents' communication has a positive correlation with all subcategory factors of self-differentiation except self integration. Anxiety has no correlation with the father's communication, but it has a negative correlation with the mother's communication. For female students, parents' communication has a positive correlation with family projection, emotional break and family retrogression, and a negative correlation with anxiety. The mother's communication has a positive correlation with all subcategory factors of self-differentiation except self integration, and a negative correlation with anxiety. Third, for male students, cognitive emotional function, mother's communication, and family retrogression have a negative effect on anxiety, and these factors explain 29.3% of the total variances to anxiety. For female students, mother's communication and family retrogression have a negative effect on anxiety, and these factors explain 32.5% of the total variances to anxiety.
