국문 초록

본 연구는 노인복지관 이용 여성노인의 사회적 자본과 성공적 노화의 관계에서 여가활동 만족이 어떠한 매개적인 역할을 하는지 검증함으로써 여성노인의 성공적 노화를 증진 시킬 수 있는 실천 방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 D지역 10개 노인복지관에서 여가 프로그램을 이용하는 여성노인을 대상으로 하였으며, 최종 자료분석에는 235부를 활용하였다. 본 연구결과, 첫째, 성공적 노화에 여성노인의 사회적 자본이 미치는 영향은 유의미한 것으로 분석되었다. 노인복지관 이용 여성노인의 사회적 자본 수준이 높을수록 성공적 노화가 높아진다는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 여성노인의 여가활동 만족은 사회적 자본과 성공적 노화 간 관계에서 매개효과를 가지고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 노인복지관 이용 여성노인의 사회적 자본을 증진시키고 성공적 노화의 향상을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to find practical ways to improve the successful aging of elderly women by verifying the mediating role of leisure activity satisfaction in the relationship between social capital and successful aging of elderly women who use senior welfare centers. The subjects of this study were female elderly people who used leisure programs in 10 elderly welfare centers in D area, and 235 copies were used for final data analysis. As a result of this study, first, the effect of the social capital of elderly women on successful aging was analyzed to be significant. The higher the level of social capital of elderly women who use the elderly welfare center, the higher the successful aging. Second, it can be seen that the satisfaction of leisure activities of elderly women has a mediating effect in the relationship between social capital and successful aging. Based on the above research results, implications for enhancing the social capital of elderly women and improving successful aging were presented.
