국문 초록

본 연구는 한국의 역전이 연구 동향을 파악하고 추후 연구 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 2000년부터 2023년 12월까지 한국학술지인용색인(KCI)에 게재된 135편의 논문을 선정하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 한국에서의 역전이에 관한 연구는 2002년 6월에 처음 발표되어, 급격한 성장을 보인 2005년부터 2023년까지 연 평균 35%씩 증가하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한국에서 역전이에 관한 분야별 연구 동향은 상담/치료에서 107편(79%), 사회과학, 교육, 문학과 종교, 간호 분야 순으로 나타나 상담/치료 분야에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있었다. 셋째, 연구 대상자를 치료자로 보는 견해 86편(80%), 치료자-내담자로 보는 견해 18편(17%), 내담자로 보는 견해 3편(3%)으로 나타나 역전이 발생에 관한 치료자의 이론적 관점을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 넷째, 연구 방법에 따른 역전이 주제는 양적연구에서는 ‘역전이 관리 능력’이, 질적연구에서는 ‘역전이 관리’와 ‘역전이 활용’이, 이론연구에서는 ‘역전이 활용’이 가장 많이 사용되었다. 이러한 결과 양적연구에서는 역전이는 관리되어야 한다는 입장이, 이론연구에서는 역전이 활용이 우세함을 알 수 있었다. 역전이와 관계된 변인 중 치료자의 자아가 많은 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 치료자의 자아를 강화할 수 있도록 역전이 교육과 무의식적인 역전이 이해와 활용을 확장할 수 있도록 질적연구와 이론연구가 활발히 진행되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify countertransference research trends in Korea and suggest future research directions. We selected and analyzed 135 papers published in the Korean Citation Index(KCI). As a result, first, research on countertransference in Korea was first published in June 2002, and was found to be increasing by an average of 35% from 2005 to 2023, when it showed rapid growth. Second, in Korea, the trend of research on countertransference by field was in counseling/ treatment, with 107 papers (79%), followed by social science, education, literature and religion, and nursing, with it being used the most in the counseling/treatment field. Third, 86 (80%) views of the study subject as a therapist, 18 (17%) views of the therapist-patient, and 3 views of the patient(3%) were found, allowing us to examine the therapist's theoretical perspective on the occurrence of reversal. Fourth, “countertransference management ability” was most frequently used in quantitative research, “countertransference management” and “countertransference utilization” in qualitative research, and “countertransference utilization” in theoretical research. As a result, the position that countertransference should be managed prevails in quantitative research, and the use of countertransference prevails in theoretical research. Among the variables related to countertransference, the therapist's ego was found to have a great influence. Therefore, qualitative and theoretical research should be actively conducted to expand countertransference education and understanding and use of unconscious countertransference to strengthen the therapist's ego in the future.
