국문 초록

본 연구는 핵심역량 중심의<대학글쓰기>수업 운영 사례 연구를 통해 역량 함양을위한 효율적인 수업 방안을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 했다.단국대학교<대학글쓰기> 교과는 ‘의사소통’을 주역량으로,‘문제해결’,‘자기주도’를 부역량으로 하고 있는데, ‘학습환경’,‘동료 학습자’,‘교수자’ 등의 근접발달영역을 들고 있는 사회구성주의 이론을 바탕으로 학술적 글쓰기 과정을 통해 세 가지 방향의 역량 강화 수업을 구성했다.첫째,교수 학습이다.학생들이 창의적인 사고를 바탕으로 주제를 설정하고 문제를 논리적으로 분석하는 과정에서,첨삭을 통해 교수자가 개입함으로써 학생들의 글의 완성도를 높일 수 있으며 문제해결 역량을 함양할 수 있다.둘째,모방 학습이다. 모델링을 통한 자기 첨삭은 모범사례에 대한 관찰학습을 통해 자신의 글을 스스로 성찰하고 수정하는 것으로,학문공동체의 담화 규칙을 능동적으로 익힘으로써 자기 주도 역량을 함양할 수 있다.셋째,동료 학습이다.학술적 글쓰기는 자칫 글쓰기 활동자체에만 머물 수 있는데,동료 학습자들과의 상호소통을 전제한 발표와 토론은 발표자의 표현력과 토론자의 이해력 및 비판적 사고력을 향상시킬 수 있어 의사소통 역량을 강화할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine efficient teaching methods for developing competencies through a case study of class operation focusing on core competencies. Dankook University’s college writing curriculum has ‘communication’ as the main competency and ‘problem solving’ and ‘self-direction’ as minor competencies. Includes areas of proximal development such as ‘learning environment’, ‘peer group’, and ‘instructor’ based on the theory of social constructivism, we organized three directions classes for academic writing. First, instructor learning. In the process of students setting a topic based on creative thinking and logically analyzing the problem, the instructor can intervene through editing to improve the completeness of the students’ writing and develop problem-solving capabilities. Second, imitation learning. Self-editing through modeling is self-reflection and correction of one’s own writing through observation and learning of exemplary cases, and self-direction capabilities can be developed by actively learning the discourse rules of the academic community. Third, peer learning. Academic writing can easily be confined to the writing activity itself, but presentations and discussions can enhance the presenter’s expressiveness and the discussant’s comprehension and critical thinking skills, thereby strengthening communication capabilities.
