국문 초록

코로나 19 팬데믹으로 인해 디지털 전환이 가속화됨에 따라 민간·공공 부문의 조직은 생존하기 위해 새로운 정보기술을 도입하고 있다. 새로운 기술 도입은 업무의 효율성, 생산성을 제고할 수 있다는 긍정적인 측면을 나타내고 있다. 그러나 이면에는 새로운 기술에 대한 수용 및 활용으로 인한 테크노스트레스와 같은 역효과가 발생한다. 최근, 테크노스트레스에 대한 관심은 높아지고 있으나 테크노스트레스 결정요인에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이를 고려하여 본 연구는 디지털 전환에 따른 기술 수용성, 디지털 리터러시, 변혁적 리더십이 테크노스트레스에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명하였다. 추가로 사회학적인 관점에서 MZ 세대의 특징에 관한 연구는 큰 이슈임에 따라 세대 간 비교를 통해 집단 간 차이를 파악하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기술수용성과 테크노스트레스 사이에서 디지털 리터러시는 부분매개 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 변혁적 리더십은 기술수용성과 테크노스트레스를 조절하는 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 본 연구의 주요 변수 간 영향관계에 있어 MZ 세대와 기성 세대는 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

영문 초록

As the COVID-19 pandemic accelerates digital transformation, organizations in the private and public sectors are introducing new information technologies to survive. The introduction of new technology shows a positive aspect that it can improve work efficiency and productivity. However, behind the scenes, adverse effects such as techno stress occur due to the acceptance and use of new technologies. Recently, interest in techno stress is high. However, research on the determinants of techno stress is insufficient. Considering this, this study investigated the impact of technology acceptance, digital literacy, and transformational leadership on techno stress following digital transformation. In addition, differences between groups were identified through comparisons between generations. The analysis results are as follows. First, between technology acceptance and techno stress, digital literacy has been shown to have a partial mediating effect. Second, transformational leadership has been shown to have the effect of controlling technology acceptance and techno stress. Third, it was confirmed that there was a significant difference between the MZ generation and the older generation in the influence relationship between the major variables of this study.
