국문 초록

本稿は、日本人との円滑なコミュ二ケーションのためには日本語学習の基本知識である語彙、文法などの習得と同時に様々な状況で適切な発話ができるコミュニケーション能力が重要であるのを明らかにすることを目的とする。多様なビジネス現場での接触場面でもコミュニケーション上で文化的差異が現れることがあるが、個々の言語項目中心の教育とともに体系的なコミュニケーション教育と学習ができれば、実際の日本人との接触の時により効果的な日本語のコミュニケーションができる。このようなコミュニケーション戦略に関連した学習と教育は、シーン、話題のシラバスを通じた｢コミュニケーションストラテジー｣の構成で自然に習得することができる。本稿では、コミュニケーションにおいて、開始と展開、終結などのコミュニケーション全体の流れをコントロールするコントロールストラテジーを中心に、医療観光日本語教材の対話例文のコミュニケーションストラテジー構成を分析した結果、コントロールストラテジーに基づいた例文より話題提示に集中して、会話の全体の流れを展開する表現で構成されていないことを確認することができた。

영문 초록

This paper clarifies that in order to communicate smoothly with Japanese people, it is important to acquire the basic knowledge of Japanese language learning, as well as the ability to speak appropriately in various situations. In order to minimize these communication problems, in addition to learning about language functions, learning about cultural aspects of language and understanding of different cultures should also be conducted. Even in contact scenes in various business sites, cultural differences may appear in communication. If systematic communication education and learning are conducted along with education centered on individual language items, more effective Japanese communication will be possible when actually contacting Japanese people. Learning and education related to these communication strategies can be acquired naturally through the composition of ‘communication strategies’ through scenes and topic syllabuses. This study is based on the control strategy as a result of analyzing the communication strategy composition of example sentences in Japanese textbooks for medical tourism, focusing on the control strategy that controls the overall flow of communication. It was confirmed that it was not composed of expressions that developed the entire flow of conversation by focusing on the topic presentation rather than one example sentence.
