죽도문제연구회의 독도 영유권 날조 선동과 일본정부의 동조

국문 초록

본연구는 죽도문제연구회에 대한 연구이고, 또한 일본정부의 독도 영유권에 대한 연구이다. 오늘날 일본정부는 독도의 영유권을 주장하고 있다. 한국이 독도를 무력으로 불법 점령하고 있다고 한다. 최근 이러한 일본정부의 인식은 죽도문제연구회의 압력과 영향에 의한 것이다. 종래 일본정부는 독도에 대한 영유권을 적극적으로 주장하지 않았다. 죽도문제연구회는 2005년 설립되었고, 시마네현의 지원을 받고 있다. 죽도문제연구회의 대표적인 인물은 시모조 마시오이다. 결론적으로 시모조 마사오가 주도가 되어 시마네현을 움직였다. 시모조는 영토문제에 대한 내셔널리스트이다. 시모조는 독도문제를 본질적으로 해결할 생각이 없다. 독도가 일본영토로서 확보하고 싶을 뿐이다. 시모조는 역사학자로서 목적을 달성하고 위해 독도가 일본영토라는 논리를 날조했다. 시모조는 날조된 논리로 시마네현을 움직였다. 그리고 일본정부에 압력을 넣어 독도정책을 적극적으로 추진하도록 했다. 그 결과 외무성은 독도는 일본의 고유영토이고, 또한 1905년 편입하여 일본영토라는 사실을 재확인하였다는 것이다. 문부과학성은 이러한 사실을 의무적으로 초등, 중등, 고등학교에 교육하도록 교과서를 개정하였다. 내셔널리스트인 시모조에 의해 일본의 미래세대의 독도 교육이 왜곡되기 시작했다. 미래 한일관계는 참담하게 독도문제를 둘러싼 논쟁이 계속될 것이다. 일본의 독도 영유권 왜곡의 단서를 제공한 자가 바로 시모조 마사오라는 사실을 기억해야할 것이다. 시모조 마사오는 세계사, 한일관계사를 왜곡하고, 독도의 역사를 왜곡한 내셔널리스트였다. 이로 인해 미래 한일 양국의 젊은이들이 서로 갈등을 부추기는 결과가 되었다.

영문 초록

This study is a study of the Jukdo Research Association and also a study of the Japanese government's sovereignty over Dokdo. Today, the Japanese government claims sovereignty over Dokdo. It is said that South Korea is illegally occupying Dokdo by force. This recent perception of the Japanese government is due to the pressure and influence of the Takeshima Research Association. Previously, the Japanese government did not actively claim sovereignty over Dokdo. The Takeshima Research Association was established in 2005 and is supported by Shimane Prefecture. The representative figure of the Takeshima Research Association is Shimojo Ma. In conclusion, Masao Shimojo led Shimane Prefecture. Simozo is a nationalist on territorial issues. Shimojo has no intention of essentially solving the Dokdo problem. I just want to secure Dokdo as Japanese territory. Shimojo fabricated the logic that Dokdo is Japanese territory to achieve his purpose as a historian. Shimojo moved Shimane Prefecture with fabricated logic. And he put pressure on the Japanese government to actively promote Dokdo policy. As a result, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed that Dokdo is Japan's native territory and was incorporated into Japan in 1905. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology revised the textbook to make this fact mandatory for elementary, middle, and high schools. The education of future generations of Dokdo in Japan has begun to be distorted by nationalist Shimojo. The future Korea-Japan relationship will continue to be disastrously debated over the Dokdo issue. It should be remembered that it was Masao Shimojo who provided clues to Japan's distortion of Dokdo's sovereignty. Masao Shimojo was a nationalist who distorted world history, Korea-Japan relations, and distorted the history of Dokdo. As a result, young people from both Korea and Japan in the future encouraged conflict with each other.
