국문 초록

이 논문은 해방공간의 대전 문인 황린에 대한 연구이다. 황린은 해방공간의 대전에서 관료, 언론인, 문인으로 활동했다. 본명은 황주성이고 필명으로 백영, 황백영이 있다. 1934년부터 ‘신인문학’과 ‘시인춘추’ 등에서 활동했고 서정적 지향성을 보여주었다. 그는 독립국가 건설을 위한 문화의 역할을 강조한 후 대전의 문학가동맹 위원장을 역임했다. 당시의 동방신문과 충청매일에는 그가 남긴 작품들이 여러 편 있다. 그가 한국전쟁과 함께 실종되고 있기 때문에 이념적 금제에 연루된 사태를 그가 겪게 되었다고 추정할 수 있는데, 이에 대한 실증적 자료는 존재하지 않는다. 다만, 전쟁 직후의 대전에서 보도연맹원과 정치범에 대한 학살이 시작되었다는 점은 참고할만한 중요 사실이다. 중요한 것은 해방공간의 대전에서 활동한 황린이 대전문학사에서 아무런 주목도 받고 있지 못하다는 사실이다. 이는 대전문학이 은폐해온 정치적 억압의 구체적 증거라고 할 수 있다. 대전 순수 문학은 그 억압과 배제 위에 순수로의 전환을 통해 구축된 문학이었다.

영문 초록

This paper is a study of Hwang Rin, a Daejeon literary man in the liberation space. Hwang Lin worked as a bureaucrat, journalist, and literary man in Daejeon in the liberation space. His real name is Hwang Ju-seong, and his pen names are Baek-young and Hwang Baek-young. Since 1934, he has been active in “Rookie Literature” and “Poet Chunchu” and showed lyrical orientation. After emphasizing the role of culture in the construction of an independent state, he served as chairman of the Daejeon Literary League. There are several works left by him in the Dongbang Newspaper and Chungcheong Maeil at that time. Since he is disappearing with the Korean War, it can be assumed that he experienced a situation involved in ideological prohibition, but there is no empirical data on this. However, it is an important fact to note that the massacre of members of the Press Federation and political prisoners began in Daejeon immediately after the war. What is important is that Hwang Rin, who worked in Daejeon in the liberation space, is not receiving any attention in the history of Daejeon literature. This can be said to be concrete evidence of political oppression that Daejeon literature has concealed. Daejeon Pure Literature was a literature built through the conversion to pure on top of its oppression and exclusion.
