산업디자인 기업의 디자인경영에 관한 고찰- 국내 산업디자인 회사를 중심으로

국문 초록

현대 사회에서 기업들은 디지털 시대와 정보화 시대에접어들면서 트렌드에 발맞춰 자신만의 경영전략을 내세우고 있으며, 이는 산업디자인분야에서도 마찬가지이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내 산업디자인 회사의 경영전략에대하여 살펴보고자 먼저, 산업디자인 서비스의 개념과유형, 분야에 대하여 알아본다. 선행연구를 통한 문제제기를 통하여 연구의 필요성을 강조한다. 그리고 디자인경영의 영향 요인 및 대상 기업 환경을 분석한 후 국내 대표 산업디자인 회사의 경영전략에 대하여 살펴본다. 디자인 경영을 통해 기업의 이미지를 제고하고 상품과서비스의 경쟁력을 높이려는 시도가 구체화되고 있으며, 이에 디자이너들은 창의성을 기업의 경영에 담아 새롭게시도하려 하고 있다. 하지만, 국내 산업디자인 기업들이 더욱 발전하기 위해서는 더욱 체계적인 경영 분야의 육성이 시급하며, 전략적인 방안이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 전략적인 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

영문 초록

In modern society, as corporations step into digital and data era, and they put forward their own man agement strategies to keep up with the trend, which is the same for the industrial design field. So in this research, to take a look at what Korean industrial design corporations’ management strategies are, we will first look at the idea, types, and fields of indus trial design services. And then we will analyze the f actors that influence design management, with the e nvironment of the targeted corporations, and look t hrough the management strategies of the big domest ic industrial design company. The tries to enhance corporate images and the com petitiveness of their products and services through d esign management are being embodied, so designers are making new kinds of trials by putting creativity to corporate managements. But for domestic industrial design corporations to f urther advance, they need more systematic manage ment development and strategic thinking. So this res earch tries to propose a strategic way of corporate management.
