국문 초록

우리 고소설사에서 <打虎武松>과 <洪將軍傳>은 <水滸志>와의 영향관계를 살필 수 있는 아주 드문 事例라고 할 수 있는 바, 필자는 <홍장군전>이 <타호무송>에서 보다 직접적인 영향을 받았을 것으로 파악하고 <홍장군전>의 형성과정과 작자의식에 대하여 살펴보았다. <타호무송>은 <수호지> 제22회에서 제30회까지에 나오는 武松의 이야기를 번역, 편집한 것으로 武松이라는 인물에 대한 특별한 관심과 흥미를 반영하여 이루어졌으며, 간행 시기에서 <홍장군전>보다 앞서는 데다 <수호지>와 달리 단일 인물을 주인공으로 하고, 大漢을 好漢이라 고쳐 부른다는 점에서 <홍장군전> 출현에 대하여 <수호지>보다 한층 더 밀접한 관련을 가진다고 하였다. 이에 따라 무송의 이야기를 모방, 답습한 전반부와, 단편적으로 역사적 사실을 수용하되 주로 설화적 전승을 빌려 형상화한 후반부로 결구되어 있는 <홍장군전>의 형성과정을 실록과 문헌설화를 통해서 알아보고, 끝으로 작품에 반영된 작자의식을 尙武精神, 義氣ㆍ義理精神, 立身揚名思想으로 나누어 살펴보았다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to research the formative process and a writer's consciousness of . In our korean old classical fiction history, and came into being from the effect of , a Chinese classical fiction. was appeared in the process of translation Chinese into Korean of . It made a single Character, Musong(무송) stand as hero of a work and compileing contents of , therefore reflected the interest, the taste and the anticipation of readers was built up from effect of . because that in the publication date went somewhat before and made a single Character stand as hero of a work as it were in . was lined up the first half part, so to speak, a hero Hong yoonsung' revenge events and the latter half part, so to speak, Hong yoonsung' rising in the world and gaining fame. The first half part was built up from effect of or in the process of translation Chinese into Korean of . The latter half part was built up in the process of accommodation the historical facts partially and gathering a legendary literature positively Concerning a writer's consciousness of . I abstracted militaristic spirit, chivalrousㆍjustice spirit and the ideology of rising in the world and gaining fame.
