국문 초록

문학교육의 발전을 위해서는 전문성을 갖춘 문학교사가 요구된다. 좋은 문학수업도 전문성을 갖춘 문학교사가 있어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 문학교사 스스로 또는 공동으로 문학교사의 전문성을 평가하고 문학수업을 평가할 수 있는 평가기준이 요구된다. 본 연구는 문학교사의 전문성을 평가할 수 있는 기준, 문학수업을 평가할 수 있는 기준을 탐구하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 가설적인 평가기준 모형을 구성하여 현장 교사들에게 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 평가기준 모형의 타당성을 검증 받고 재구성 방향을 찾고자 하였다. 재구성된 평가기준 모형은 3가지 대영역과 7가지 2중영역 그리고 27가지 세부적인 평가기준으로 구성되어 있다. 이 중에서 문학수업능력을 평가하는 대영역은 문학수업만의 평가기준으로도 활용 가능하다.

영문 초록

If there are the competent literary teachers, the literary education could be getting more progressive. It's the truly same case in the literary classroom. This research is to develop the standards of literary teacher's professionalism and teaching literature. In order to do such things, this research did construct the tentative standards composed of 3 domains which are consisted of several standards and circulated the questionnaires to teachers. And this research has reviewed the opinions of teachers in order to find the way of reconstruct the standards and demonstrate the validity of standards. As a result, this research the 27 standards of literary teacher's professionalism. And 9 standards of 27 could be available for evaluating the literary instruction.
