방한 중국관광객의 라이프 스타일, 관광정보, 행동의도 간의 영향관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 방한 중국관광객을 대상으로 라이프 스타일, 관광정보, 행동의도 간의 영향관계와 더불어 관광형태(개별관광, 단체관광)에 따라 영향관계가 차이가 있는지 확인하고 관련 시사점을 제기하고자 하였다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 한국 여행경험이 있는 중국관광객으로 설정하였고, 설문을 위해 인천국제공항에서 출국하는 중국관광객을 대상으로 2016년 3월 01일부터 3월 31일까지 약 한달 간에 걸쳐 시행하였다. 설문은 총 250부를 배포ㆍ회수하여 불성실한 응답자 20부를 제외한 230부를 실증분석에 이용 하였다. 연구결과, 중국관광객의 라이프 스타일은 관광정보에, 중국관광객이 지각하는 관광정보는 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 이러한 영향은 관광형태(개별관광, 단체관광)에 따라 차이가 있었다. 그러므로 중국관광객에게 제공되는 관광정보는 라이프 스타일, 관광형태 등을 고려하여 최신의 정보를 차별화하여 제공하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship influence among life style, tourism information, and behavioral intention on Chinese tourists in Korea, along with the difference in the relationship influence depending on the tourism type (individual tourism or group tourism) and the pertinent implications thereof. In order to accomplish that purpose, Chinese tourists who had visit Korea, departing from Incheon International Airport were selected as subjects for a questionnaire implemented from March 1 to March 31., 2016. A total of 250 questionnaires was distributed and 230 valid copies were used for the empirical analysis. As a result of the study, the life style of Chinese tourists noticeably influenced tourism information and the tourism information perceived by Chinese tourists noticeably influenced behavioral intention with a difference depending on the tourism type (individual tourism or group tourism). Therefore, the study implies that the tourism information provided to Chinese tourists should be differentiated with the newest information taking into consideration life style, tourism type and factors.
