전담교직원의 행정문화를 통한 대학 장애학생 인력지원에 대한 질적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 소수의 전담교직원으로 다수의 장애학생에 대한 인력지원 및 개별지원을 하는 행정인들의 업무문화를 밝히고 효율적인 행정을 위해 무엇이 필요한지를 제안하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 우선 문헌조사를 통하여 행정관련 문서를 분석하여 대학 내 도우미행정의 실제를 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 각 대학의 도우미관련 행정이 대학의 기존행정체계의 틀 안에서 다양한 형태로 운영되고 있음을 밝혔다. 그리고 여기에 더하여 6회의 심층면담을 통하여 도우미관련 행정에 대한 대학 담당자들의 행정문화를 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 도우미지원에 대한 행정이 효율성을 기대하기 위해서는 기존 대학의 행정체계의 행정전산망 안에서 도우미의 모집, 도우미 교육 및 관리도우미 활동 수당 지급이 전산화되어야 하며 장애학생의 다양한 요구를 만족시키기 위해서는 기존에 도우미를 통한 장애학생지원은 관련기관과의 협력을 인력지원을 포함하는 행정으로 재구성되어야함을 확인하였다. 또한 도우미관련 행정을 포함한 전반적 장애학생 지원인력 인프라가 구축되어야 한다는 것을 전제로 인력자원에 대한 행정적 틀을 분류하고 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore and describe the experience of supporting in the Disability Student Center(DSC), which has a few administrative officers. The qualitative research method used was phenomenological approach. The participants of this research were 3 administrative officer, and the data were collected through in-depth unstructured interviews with audiotape recording done by the investigator over a period of 8 months. The participants were three officers who are in charge of disability center from three different university. They were asked to describe about their experience. The data was analyzed according to the Colaizzi’s method for phenomenological analysis. The interview data was organised by themes into six categories emerged from the analysis. Participants experienced varies difficulty related to depression. 14 theme, 4 theme clusters, 2 categories based on interview were selected. The categories and theme clusters were as followings: reasonable and efficient administration (reasonable process of Doumi; peer supporter process) the specialized and individualized support. This study can contribute to an understanding of the officers experience in DSC center, and designing an appropriate manpower supporting strategy. Based on these results, the implications and suggestions of this study are discussed.
