국문 초록

지식재산권은 국가 경쟁력 성장에 전략적인 수단으로 자리 잡고 있다. 복잡한 대응 절차와 기술, 법률이 어려운 지식재산권은 비전문가가 이해하기엔 어려운 분야이며 이로 인해 많은 디자인 전문회사, 1인기업인 뿐만 아니라 개인의 아이디어로 창업한 상인들까지 피해를 입고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구는 디자인경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 지식재산권 교육의 개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 문헌조사, 설문조사 바탕으로 SPSS 데이터를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 문헌조사 결과 1)지식재산권 관련 피해로 대기업보다는 중소기업이 클라이언트 관계성과 기술, 법률에 인해 복잡한 대응절차로 피해 경험이 더 높은 비중을 차지하였다. 2)디자인학부 교과과정을 살펴보면, 지식재산권수업이 개설된 대학교가 드물며 외부교육기관에서 진행하는 IP실무프로그램을 제외한 교내수업은 법학적 개념으로 이루어지고 있는 상황 이였다. 설문조사 결과 1)지식재산권 교육의 활용도, 만족도, 선호도를 리커트 척도(Likert scale) 설문 분석결과 교육의 필요성 인식에 비해 만족도는 높지 않은 결과가 나왔다. 2)지식재산권에 대한 접근성 부족, 교육의 필요성은 느끼고 있지만 만족도가 적게 나온 점, 수준에 맞는 단계적 교육 커리큘럼 부족 등의 문제점을 알 수 있었다. 이에 따라 지식재산권교육의 나아갈 방안에 대해 온라인 교육 플랫폼을 제안하였으며 향후 본 연구를 통해 온라인 교육 플랫폼이 지식재산권 교육 문화의 장이 되기 위한 기초적 자료로 활용 되고자 한다.

영문 초록

Intellectual property rights are a strategic means of growing national competitiveness. Intellectual property rights, which are difficult to understand due to complicated response procedures, technologies and laws, are difficult for non-professionals to understand, which is causing damage to many design companies, one-person companies, as well as merchants who have started with individual ideas. This study aims to present ways to improve intellectual property rights education to strengthen design competitiveness. The results of the analysis of SPSS data based on the literature survey and survey are as follows. According to the results of the literature survey 1)Small and medium-sized enterprises, rather than large companies, accounted for more experience in damages related to intellectual property rights due to complicated response procedures due to client relationships, technology and laws. 2)Looking at the curriculum of the design department, there were few universities with intellectual property rights classes, and the in-school classes, except for IP working-level programs conducted by external educational institutions, were conducted under the legal concept. According to the survey 1)The results of the analysis of the Likert scale survey showed that the utilization, satisfaction, and preference of intellectual property rights education was not high compared to the recognition of the necessity of education. 2)Problems such as lack of access to intellectual property rights, lack of satisfaction with education, and lack of a step-by-step education curriculum were found. Accordingly, we proposed an online education platform on how to proceed with intellectual property rights education, and through this study, we hope that the online education platform will be used as a basic material for becoming a venue for intellectual property education culture.
