국문 초록

본 논문은 간호사의 업무 스트레스를 경감시킬 수 있는 색채 환경 연구 을 출발점으로 하여 간호사 업무의 기본 단위인 간호스테이션 공간 내 의료 가구의 배색을 기초 조사 대상으로 삼았다. 조사(1)을 통해 의료 가구의 색채 분포 상태를 정리하였으며 간호사의 업무 내용에 따라 의료 가구를 분류하였다. 또한 국내 4대 의료 가구 브랜드 제품의 색채 배색에 대한 조사를 바탕으로 제작한 가구 컬러 팔레트(color palette)를 기준으로 의료 가구의 배색을 주조색 과 강조색 으로 분류한 다음, 먼셀 표색계(Munsell Color System)를 기준으로 정량화하였다. 조사(2)는 병원 내 직원 업무 공간의 「현황」과 「이상」 이미지를 조사하고, 명도 , 채도 과 관련된 수식어 표현과 공간의 편안함 평가와 관련된 형용사에 대한 투표를 통해 얻은 평점을 통계 처리하여 특정 색조, 명도, 채도에 편향되지 않는 평가 척도를 도출하였다. 마지막으로, 간호스테이션 공간의 「현황」과 「이상」에 대한 간호사들의 이미지 평가를 토대로 색채 구간을 정리하였다. 조사 결과에 따르면, 「주조색」의 배색 방안은 병원 공간의 청결함 이라는 이미지를 고려해야 하며 무채색(N9)과 유채색(저·중채도/중·고명도)를 기초로 하여 색채 이미지를 조정할 필요가 있다. 또한 「강조색」의 배색 방안은 평가 척도를 설정하여 병원 내 간호사들이 차분함 을 유지하며 스트레스를 줄임과 동시에 적당한 긴장감 을 유지할 수 있는 업무 환경 수요를 충족해야 한다.

영문 초록

In this paper, as a starting point, the color environment study that can alleviate the work stress of nurses is the starting point, and the color arrangement of medical furniture in the nursing station space, which is the basic unit of nurse work, is the target of the basic investigation. Through the survey (1), the color distribution of medical households was summarized, and medical households were classified according to the contents of nurses work. In addition, the color palette of medical furniture is classified into main tone and emphasis color based on the furniture color palette produced based on a survey on the color scheme of products of the four major domestic medical furniture brands, and then the Munsell color system ( Munsell Color System). Investigation (2) was obtained through voting on the status and ideal images of the staff work space in the hospital, expressing modifiers related to brightness and saturation and adjectives related to the evaluation of comfort The rating was statistically processed to derive a rating scale that was not biased against a specific hue, brightness, and saturation. Finally, the color section was organized based on the image evaluation of nurses on the status and ideals of the nursing station space. According to the results of the survey, the color scheme for main tone should take into account the image of cleanliness in the hospital space, and the color image needs to be adjusted based on achromatic color (N9) and chromatic color (low/medium/medium/high brightness).
