국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 플립 러닝 글쓰기 수업에서 ‘동료 첨삭’의 교육 모형을 제안하는 것이다. 자기주도성을 강조하고 있는 플립 러닝이 성공하기 위해서는 교육자에의한 피드백뿐만 아니라 학생들 사이의 피드백도 중요한데 적절하게 설계된 동료첨삭 과정을 통해 학습자들이 서로 소통하고 교류하면서 자신과 상대방의 오류를동시에 수정할 수 있다면 그 교육 효과는 더욱 증진될 것으로 기대한다. 동료 첨삭의 타당성과 신뢰성을 제고하기 위해서는 사전에 표준화된 평가 항목을 세분화하여 첨삭의 지침으로 제공해야 한다. 첫째, ‘수업 전 과정’에서 학생들이온라인 강의를 통해 이론적인 측면을 사전에 학습하도록 한다. 둘째, 개요를 작성하는 ‘수업 중 과정’에서 두 차례의 동료 첨삭을 진행한다. 이 단계에서는 글쓰기의기본 평가 기준에 의거하여 첨삭이 이루어진다. 셋째, ‘수업 후 과정’에서 완성된 글을 온라인에 탑재하면서 두 차례의 동료 첨삭을 추가한다. 이 단계에서는 수업 중동료 첨삭을 통해 제기된 문제점들이 정확히 수정되었는지 확인한다. 동료 첨삭은단순히 글쓰기에 대한 결과론적인 평가로 그치는 것이 아니라 학생들이 글쓰기의각 과정에서 개선의 방향을 스스로 인식할 수 있다는 점에서 가치가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to propose an educational model of peer correction in university writing class using flipped learning. The feedback of not only educators but also students is important for flip learning that emphasizes self-initiative. Educational effectiveness is good if students can communicate with each other through a welldesigned peer correction process and correct mistakes of themselves and others. To improve the validity and reliability of peer correction, standardized evaluation items should be segmented and presented in advance. First, students learn the theoretical aspects first through online lectures in the lessons before class. Second, students write an outline in the course in class and proceed with their peer correction twice. At this stage, the peer correction is carried out according to the basic evaluation criteria of the writing. Third, in the post-class process, students upload their articles online and try their peer correction twice. Peer correction is not just a resultative evaluation of writing. Students are valuable in that they can self-identify the direction of development in each process of writing.
