우리나라 지적표준 활성화 방안 연구

국문 초록

공간정보 유저는 국가공간정보포털을 통해 자신이 보유한 데이터를 다른 사람들과 공유가 가능하게 되었고, 생산자 중심으로 데이터 구축과 유통을 하던 수준에서 벗어나 공간정보는 사용자의 눈높이 맞춰 공간데이터 이용은 증가하는 상황이다. 이러한 외부의 요구사항에 대해서 면밀히 새겨듣고 필요한 정보를 제공하기 위해서는 우선적으로 표준을 이용한 이해관계자의 요구사항 정리와 합의가 선행되는 것이 유리하다. 국제적으로 토지행정도메인모델(ISO19152) 표준을 필두로 OGC에서도 LandInfraGML의 표준을 지적분야에 제공하고 있고, 우리나라 국가표준 및 단체표준에서도 지적분야의 표준이 새롭게 등장함에 따라 우리나라 지적표준의 활성화를 위해 지속적으로 이행가능한 체계가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 공간정보 표준화 운영체계를 우선적으로 살펴보고, 국내외의 지적분야 표준개발 동향 분석을 통해 우리나라 공간정보 표준화 활성화를 위한 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Spatial data users can share their own data with other people through the National Spatial Information Portal, and the use of spatial data increases according to the user s eye level beyond the level of data construction and distribution centered on producers. In order to closely inquire about these external requirements and provide necessary information, it is advantageous to first organize and agree on the requirements of stakeholders using standards. With the international land administration domain model (ISO19152) standard, OGC also provides LandInfraGML standards to the intellectual field, and as national standards and collective standards newly emerge in the field of intellectual fields, it continues to revitalize Korean intellectual standards. Therefore, a system that can be implemented is needed. In this study, we first look at Korea s spatial information standardization operating system, and attempt to suggest directions for revitalizing Korea s spatial information standardization through analysis of standards development trends in domestic and foreign intellectual fields.
