국문 초록

도로 공사정보는 도로관리기관이 다양하고 기관별 관리기준이 상이하여 도로변화에 대한 통합관리가 어려운 실정이다. 그러나 최근에는 자율주행자동차, 정밀도로지도 등 도로와 연관된 기술발전이 증가함에 따라 도로정보의 구축, 관리, 활용에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도로정보의 능동적 포착을 위한 방안을 제안한다. 조달청 ‘나라장터’의 공사정보를 크롤링하여 수집하고 수집정보를 형태소 분석, 정규화하여 공간화하였다. 공간화자료는 준공예정정보와 실제 공사정보를 비교하여 정확성을 검증하였다. 이를 토대로 도로공사의 초기부터 준공까지 전반적인 도로변화 감지와 지속적인 모니터링으로 도로 생애주기를 관리 할 수 있는 방안이 마련될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

As for road construction information, there are various road management organizations, the management standards for each organization are different, and it is difficult to carry out integrated management due to road changes. However, in recent years, as autonomous vehicles have been developed with increasing precision in technology related to roads such as maps, interest in building, managing, and utilizing road information is increasing. Therefore, in this research, we propose a method for active capture of road information. The construction information of “National Market” of the Public Procurement Service was crawled and collected, and the collected information was morpheme-analyzed and normalized to be spatialized. The accuracy of the spatialized data was verified by comparing the planned construction information with the actual construction information. Based on this, it is expected that a plan that can manage the road life cycle will be prepared for overall road change detection and continuous monitoring from the beginning of road construction to completion.
