산·연 협력 공동기술개발활동의 성과결정요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 산·연 간 중소기업 공동기술개발의 기술관련 지식특성, 파트너 특성, 관리과정특성이 공동기술개발의 기술적 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 2011년부터 2012년까지 2년 동안 ‘중소기업 융복합 기술개발’ 과제를 수행한 중소기업과 연구소를 대상으로 공동기술개발에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 중요도-성취도 분석결과, 첫째, 공동기술개발을 할 경우 파트너와의 공통의 목표 설정, 목표에 대한 공감대 형성, 과제 책임자의 뛰어난 역량을 중요하게 인식할 뿐 아니라 성취도 수준이 역시 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 개방적 기업문화, 자원과 인력의 충분한 투입, 자원투입과 성과배분 공평성은 중요도와 성취도 수준이 모두 낮아 추가적인 노력이 필요 없는 것으로 나타났다. 회귀분석 결과, 지식특성 중에서는 문서화하기 용이함이 성과에 영향을 미쳤으며 파트너특성 중에서는 공통의 목표설정, 안정된 재무상태가 성과에 영향을 미쳤다. 관리과정특성 중에서는 자원과 인력의 충분한 투입, 과제 책임자의 역량, 자원투입과 성과배분 공평성이 성과에 영향을 미쳤다. 이들 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 시사점과 향후과제에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the effect of knowledge characteristics, partner characteristics and management process characteristics of the small and medium enterprises joint technology development project performers for SMEs · academy. For this purpose, this study carried out a questionnaire survey on the joint technology development to small and medium enterprises and institute that performed convergence technology development for 2 years from 2011 to 2012. As a result of importance-performance analysis, firstly, when the joint technology development was performed, it showed the importance of setting up joint target with partner and sympathy on target, capacity of PI, and also had high performance level. Secondly, the level of importance and performance to open corporate culture, sufficient input of resources and manpower, equality of resource input and performance allocation was low, which required no additional efforts. As a result of hierarchical analysis, ‘easy for documentation among knowledge features had positive (+) effect on performance, and ‘setup of joint target and ‘stable financial status’ among partner characteristics had positive (+) effect on performance. Among management process characteristics, ‘sufficient input of resources and manpower’, ‘capacity of PI’ and ‘equality of resource input and performance allocation had positive (+) effect on performance. Based on the findings, this study discussed the implication of the study and tasks for further studies.
