사상체질별 신체적 자기개념이 여가제약에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

이 연구에서는 사회체육 참여자들의 사상체질에 따라 서로 상호관계에 의해 신체적 자기개념이 여가제약에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 효과적으로 모색하여 향후 후속연구자들에게 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2013년 7월~10월 생활체육을 하는 성인남녀 610을 대상으로 설문조사법을 이용하여 연구한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 사상체질별에 따른 신체적 자기개념이 여가제약에 미치는 영향에서 사상체질별에 따른 신체적 자기개념이 신체장애 및 인지부조화에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 태양인의 경우 건강(-), 소양인의 경우 건강(-), 외모(-), 지구력, 태음인의 경우 건강(-)으로 나타났다. 대인적 제약에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 소양인의 경우 건강(-), 외모(-), 지구력, 태음인의 경우 근력(-), 소음인의 경우 유연성으로 나타났다. 시설불편에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 소양인과 태음인의 경우 건강(-), 소음인의 경우 유연성으로 나타났다. 주변의식에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 소양인의 경우 건강(-), 지구력, 외모(-), 태음인의 경우 건강(-), 유연성으로 나타났다. 시간부족에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 태양인, 소양인의 경우 건강(-), 태음인의 경우 건강(-), 외모, 유연성, 소음인의 경우 근력, 지구력으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The object of this research is to investigate the influence of physical self-concept and leisure limitation on the Sasang constitution. This research will provide the foundation for future researchers. In order to accomplish the object, the following survey was conducted on 610 adults who play daily sports during July to October in 2013. In the effect of physical self-concept on the Sasang constitution, the result for influence of physical self-concept on disability and cognitive dissonance showed health(-) for Taeyangin and health(-), appearance(-), endurance for Soyangin and health(-) for Taeumin. By looking at the influence of personal restriction, the result showed health(-), appearance(-), endurance for Soyangin and physical strength(-) for Taeumin and flexibility for Soumin. By looking at the influence of inconvenience of facility, the result showed health(-) for Soyangin, Taeumin and flexibility for Soumin. By looking at the influence of surrounding awareness, the result showed health(-), endurance, appearance(-) for Soyangin and health(-), flexibility for Taeumin. By looking at the influence of shortage of time, the result showed health(-) for Taeyangin, Soyangin and health(-), appearance, flexibility for Taeumin and physical strength, endurance for Soumin.
