기혼 여성의 인유두종 바이러스 백신 접종 의도에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 기혼 여성의 인유두종 바이러스 백신 접종에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 실시한 연구이다. 대상자는 경기도에 거주하는 기혼여성을 대상으로 110명이 편의 표집되었으며 인구학적ㆍ성 관련 특성, 인유두종 바이러스에 대한 지식, 인유두종 바이러스 백신에 대한 지식, 암 예방 실천 및 인유두종 바이러스 백신 접종 의도, 딸에 대한 인유두종 바이러스 백신 접종 의도를 조사하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 20.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 실수와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, 카이제곱검정, Fisher 정확검정, t-검정, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 백신을 접종하겠다는 대상자는 52명(47.3%)이었으며, 인유두종 바이러스 백신 접종 의도군과 비접종 의도군 간의 연령, 교육, 종교, 결혼, 직업, 경제상태, 인유두종 바이러스에 대한 지식, 인유두종 바이러스 백신에 대한 지식, 암 예방 실천에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 딸에 대한 백신 접종 의도는 78.0%로 본인의 백신 접종 의도 47.3%보다 매우 높게 나타났다. 또한 인유두종 바이러스 백신 접종에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 연령, 경제 수준, 인유두종 바이러스 지식, 인유두종 바이러스 백신에 대한 지식이 유의한 변수로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과는 기혼여성의 인유두종 바이러스와 백신 지식, 암 예방 실천, 백신 접종 의도 및 접종 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하였고, 그것을 바탕으로 인유두종 바이러스 백신 접종을 향상시킬 수 있는 토대를 마련하였다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to identify the factors, affecting the human papilloma virus vaccine acceptance in married women. 110 women residing in Gyeonggi-do were selected as subjects and it examined demographic and sexual characteristics, the knowledge of human papilloma virus and human papilloma virus vaccine, the preventive cancer behavior and human papilloma virus vaccine acceptance. For data analysis, it conducted the analysis of real numbers, percentage, mean and standard deviation, chi-square test, Fisher’ exact test, t-test and logistic regression analysis by using the SPSS 20.0 statistical program. As a result of research, they would do HPV vaccine acceptance were 47.3% (52 subjects), and there was no significant difference in age, education, religion, marriage, job, economic status, the knowledge of human papilloma virus, knowledge of human papilloma virus vaccine, and the preventive cancer behavior between HPV vaccine acceptance group and non-HPV vaccine acceptance group. In addition, the factors, affecting human papilloma virus vaccine acceptance were age, economic reason, the knowledge about human papilloma virus and the knowledge about human papilloma virus vaccine, which were identified as significant variables. The findings of this research identified what factors would affect human papilloma virus vaccine acceptance in women. Based on the research results, it will lay the foundation for providing the education of human papilloma virus.
