보건소 금연클리닉에 등록한 성인 흡연자의 건강관련 삶의 질의 영향요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 보건소 금연클리닉에 등록하여 금연을 시도하는 성인 흡연자의 건강관련 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하여 효과적인 금연프로그램 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 연구대상자는 B시 소재 10개 보건소의 금연클리닉에 등록한 성인흡연자 865명이며 수집된 자료는 대상자 특성에 따른 건강관련 삶의 질의 차이는 t-test와 ANOVA로, 건강관련 삶의 질의 영향요인은 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 건강관련 삶의 질의 8개 영역 중 전반적 건강(GH)영역은 남성, 학력이 높을수록, 만성질환이 없는 경우, 수면의 질이 양호한 경우, 구강건강이 양호한 경우, 규칙적 운동을 실천하는 경우 건강관련 삶의 질 수준이 높았으며 모형의 설명력은 20.8%이었다. 또한 정신적 건강(MH)의 영향요인은 일평균 흡연량, 수면, 스트레스 관리, 구강건강으로 나타났으며 모형 설명력은 17.7%이었다. 따라서 금연을 시도하는 흡연자의 여러 특성에 따른 건강관련 삶의 질을 사정하여 대상자 맞춤형 금연중재프로그램을 제공하는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study was performed to investigate factors affecting health-related quality of life among adult smokers who attempted to quit smoking. The data were collected from 865 of adult smokers at 10 smoking cessation clinics of public health centers in B city and were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression. Among eight domains of healthrelated quality of life, the significant factors of high general health (GH) were male, higher education level, none of chronic disease, good state of sleep, good state of oral health, good state of exercise. These factors accounted for 20.8% of variance in health-related quality of life in adult smokers. Factors affecting mental health (MH) were current smoking, sleep, stress management, oral health and these factors accounted for 17.7% of variance in healthrelated quality. It is needed to develope and evaluate of smoking cessation program considering the characteristics of the smokers who attempt to quit smoking.
