건강관리서비스 종사요원 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 교육요구도 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 보건복지부가 입법예고한 건강관리서비스 제공인력 양성교육프로그램 개발을 위해 관련 인력의 교육요구도를 파악하고자 시도되었다. 현재 건강관리서비스를 시행하고 있는 보건소와 사립 및 공립건강관리서비스 기관에 종사하고 있는 의사, 간호사, 치과의사, 영양사, 운동처방사 및 기타 건강관리서비스 업무 종사자 146명을 대상으로 본 연구자가 개발한 총 7개 영역의 건강관리서비스 교육요구도 질문지를 이용하여 건강관리서비스 교육프로그램의 교육요구도를 파악하였다. 연구결과 건강관리서비스에 필요한 질병에 대한 이해, 운동 기초과학, 생활습관병 환자의 생활지도 및 건강관리, 영양 및 식생활 개선지도, 건강교육 영역의 교육요구도는 4.0이상으로 교육이 필요하다고 하였고 건강관리서비스의 개념 및 제도와 기타영역은 3.83점~3.96점으로 교육요구도가 상대적으로 낮았다. 교육요구도는 운동처방사직에서 가장 높았고, 의사직에서 가장 낮았다. 교육요구도가 높았던 5개 영역의 내용을 공통 교육프로그램에 포함하고 보건복지부에서 제시한 건강관리서비스 인력인 의사, 간호사, 영양사, 운동처방사직에 대한 교육 방안으로 직군별로 차등화된 교육프로그램을 마련할 것을 제안하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This study was attempted to identify the needs of the education program for the health care services as the basic information of manpower training program of the health care services, which the Ministry of Health and Welfare is recently preparing for legislation. Data were collected from the survey with 146 people from physicians, nurses, dentists, nutritionists, exercise trainer, and other health care workers, who are working at public health centers, or private and public health management service agencies. The survey tool was used with a questionnaire of education needs in the seven areas of health care services, which was developed by the author, and the data were analyzed, using the SAS 9.10 statistical program. Research results show that five areas are needed for education with more than 4.0. The group in the highest education needs was the exercise prescription and those in the lowest needs were doctors. Therefore this research recommends that the Ministry of Health and Welfare needs the differentiated education programs, depending on the occupations, which were offered for physicians, nurses, nutritionists, and exercise prescription as an education program for health care service personnel.
