전산화 단층 촬영에서 검사 전 불안 수준과 신체적 변화

국문 초록

본 연구는 전산화 단층 촬영 검사 환자를 대상으로 검사 전 환자의 심리적 불안상태를 파악하고 검사 전ㆍ후 환자의 신체적 변화와 신체적 변화에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 특성들을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료 수집은 2012년 1월부터 2012년 8월까지 부산지역 S병원 영상의 학과 CT 검사실 환자 300명을 대상으로 수행되었다. 연구 도구는 Spielberger의 상태-특성 불안 척도를 사용하였으며, 신체적 변화로는 생리학적 변수로서 체온, 수축기혈압, 이완기 혈압과 심장박동수를 측정하였다. 대상자의 검사 전 불안의 평균 점수는 상태불안 46.78±6.60점, 특성불안 45.57±7.56점으로 나타났다. CT 검사 전후의 대상자의 신체적 변화는 체온, 수축기혈압, 이완기 혈압, 심장박동수에 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.001). 신체적 변화는 검사전 상태불안(t=-2.003, p=0.046), 연령(F=4.446, p=0.039), 조영제 사용량(F=3.368, p=0.036)에 의해 혈압과 맥박에 차이가 있었다. 전산화 단층 촬영 후의 신체적 변화의 특성으로 검사 전 불안 정도와 연령, 조영제 사용량 등이 고려될 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

This study used a descriptive design to investigate pre-procedural anxiety state of patients undergoing CT (computer tomography) examination and their physical changes before and after the procedure. Data collection was performed for 300 patients in a CT examination room of radiology department, S hospital in Busan from Jan. 2012. through Aug. 2012. For anxiety, Spielberger’s state-trait anxiety scale was used and for physical changes, biological variables such as body temperature, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and heart beat were measured. The average scores of pre-procedural anxiety of the participants were shown as 46.78±6.60 for state anxiety and 45.57±7.56 for trait anxiety. As for physical changes before and after the CT procedure, body temperature, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and heart beat showed significant differences (p<0.001). As for physical changes, pre-procedural state anxiety (t=-2.003, p= 0.046), age (F=4.446, p=0.039), and dosage of contrast media (F=3.368, p=0.036) made differences in blood pressure and pulse. Factors such as pre-procedural anxiety, age, and dosage of contrast media need to be considered as traits of a patient’ physical changes related to CT examination.
