국문 초록

본 연구는 사회적 자본과 파트너특성이 공동기술개발성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석을 실시하고 이어 사회적 자본과 공동기술개발성과 사이에 파트너특성의 조절효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 민간기업과 공공기관의 연구기관에서 공동기술개발 경험이 있는 연구원을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며 총 387부의 설문지를 이용하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 실증 분석 결과, 첫째, 사회적 자본 중 구조적 차원은 공동기술개발성과에 영향을 미치지 않고 관계적 차원과 인지적 차원은 공동기술개발성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 조직 내 신뢰구축과 비전, 가치관 및 목표의 공유는 안정적인 관계형성과 성과향상을 위해서는 필수적이라는 것이다. 둘째, 파트너 특성 중 협력경험과 전문성이 모두 공동기술개발성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며 그 중에서도 파트너의 전문성이 뛰어날수록 공동기술개발성과에 더 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 사회적 자본 중 관계적 차원이 성과에 영향을 미치고, 이때 파트너의 전문성이 조절작용을 하고 있다. 이는 파트너의 전문성이 뛰어날수록 사회적 자본의 관계적 차원이 공동기술개발성과에 미치는 영향이 더욱 확대된다는 것을 의미한다.

영문 초록

This study conducted the survey targeting the researchers experienced in the development of joint technology in the research institutions and analyzed the impact of social capital and the partners characteristics on the performance of joint technology development and the moderating effect of the partners characteristics between social capital and the performance of joint technology development. According to the results of empirical analysis, firstly, the structural dimension of social capital did not have an impact on the performance of joint technology development but the relational dimension and cognitive dimension had a positive (+) impact on the performance of joint technology development. Secondly, both cooperation experience and professionality of the partners characteristics had a positive (+) impact on the results of joint technology development and the more excellent in professionality was, the more was the results of joint technology development affected. Thirdly, the relational dimension of social capital had an impact on the results and at that time, professionality of the partner performed the moderating function.
