국문 초록

블록체인이란 데이터의 신뢰성을 확보하는 기반 기술로, 다양한 산업과 결합함으로써 효율성을 높여 새로운 경제적 가치를 창출할 것으로 기대되는 기술이다. 본 연구에서는 국내뿐만 아니라 국외의 보건 분야에서 블록체인 기술이 어떻게 활용되고 있는지를 파악하기 위하여, 2015년도에서 2018년도 사이의 국내의 웹사이트와 국외의 웹사이트에서 작성된 문서들을 웹크롤링 기법을 사용하여 수집하였다. 연도별 문서의 흐름을 파악하기 위해 각 연도별로 나누어 대응분석과 CONCOR 분석을 실시하였고, 네트워크의 상관성을 파악하기 위해 QAP 상관분석을 하였다. LDA 분석과 CTM 분석을 통해 수집한 문서들이 전반적으로 어떤 주제를 나타내는지 파악하였다. 한글 문서의 경우 2018년도에 작성된 문서가, 영어 문서 또한 마찬가지로 2017년도에서 2018년도에 작성된 문서가 다른 년도에 작성된 문서보다 많이 수집되었다. 이는 국내뿐만 아니라 국외도 2017년도부터 본격적으로 블록체인이 이슈화됨을 보여준다. 그리고 모든 분석의 결과에서 ‘블록체인 기술을 적용한 보건 플랫폼’이라는 주제가 나타났다. 이는 현재 한국뿐만 아니라 해외에서도 블록체인을 기반으로 하는 의료·헬스케어 플랫폼에 매우 관심이 많으며 머지않아 플랫폼이 형성될 것이라 예상된다.

영문 초록

Blockchain is the technology that ensures data reliability and is expected to create new economic value by increasing efficiency by combining with various industries. In this study, web crawling techniques were used to collect documents created on domestic and foreign websites from 2015 to 2018 to understand trends in the use of blockchain technology in the domestic and foreign health sectors. In order to understand the flow of documents by year, study conducted correspondence analysis and CONCOR analysis for each year. QAP correlation analysis was conducted to identify the network’s correlation. Also, study found out what topics the documents collected through LDA analysis and CTM analysis generally represent. In the case of Korean documents, documents written in 2018 were collected more than in 2015-2017 and English documents written in 2017-2018 were collected more than in other years. This shows that not only domestic but also foreign countries become a blockchain technology is issued in earnest from 2017. And in all the results of the analysis, the theme of Health platform with blockchain technology appeared. At present, the company is very interested in blockchain-based medical and healthcare platforms in Korea as well as overseas, and it is expected that the platform will be formed in the near future.
