간호대학생의 영적간호수행 영향요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 영적안녕, 자아존중감, 죽음에 대한 태도 및 영적간호수행 간의 관계를 확인하고 영적간호수행에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하기 위해 수행되었다. 자료의 수집은 B시와 C시 소재 2개 대학의 간호학과 재학생을 대상으로 2015년 11월-12월에 걸쳐 진행하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 서술통계, t-검정, 일원분산분석 및 Scheffe test, Pearson s 상관계수(correlation coefficients), 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 대상자의 영적간호수행은 종교의 유무, 영적간호의 필요성에 대한 인식, 영적간호 실습경험에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 영적간호수행은 영적안녕(r=.445, p<.001), 죽음에 대한 태도(r=.232, p=.004) 정도 간에 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 또한 영적간호수행에 영향을 미치는 요인은 영적간호의 필요성 인식(β=.494, p=.001)과 영적안녕(β=.239, p=.008)으로 나타났으며 영적간호수행에 대한 이들 변인의 총 설명력은 25.8%로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호 대학생들의 영적간호수행을 향상시키기 위해서는 교육과정의 운영에 있어 영적간호의 필요성을 제고하는 등의 노력이 요구되며, 또한 영적안녕을 강화시킬 수 있는 중재전략 수립 및 적용이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

This study was a descriptive research study to identify the influencing factors on spiritual care-giving in student nurses. Data were collected from nursing students in two different universities in B and C City. The data collection period was november to december 2015, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, Scheffe test, Pearson s correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. Spiritual care-giving of the participants showed statistical differences according to religion, the needs for spiritual care, experience in spiritual nursing practice. Spiritual care-giving was positively correlated with spiritual well-being (r=.445, p<.001) and attitude to death (r=.232, p=.004). The factors affecting spiritual care-giving were the needs for spiritual care (β=.494, p=.001) and spiritual well-being (β=.239, p=.008), explaining 25.8% of the total variance of spiritual care-giving. Therefore, to increase spiritual care-giving in student nurses, it is necessary to developstrategies promoting spiritual well-being and educating the needs for spiritual care.
