국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 노인의 거주 행태를 조사하여 노인주거의 물리적인 환경에 관한 연구가 지속해서 발전할 수 있는 기반을 마련하는 것이다. 연구대상은 노인주거와 가장 많이 유사한 강릉시에 있는 노인요양공동생활가정을 선정하였다. 연구의 방법은 기존의 선행연구를 고찰하고 노인의 행태를 관찰, 기록하였다. 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 행태조사를 통해 동적인 유형은 걷기, 운동, 놀이, 목욕, 용변, 정적인 유형은 앉기, 눕기로 분류되었다. 두 번째, 동적인 행위로는 거실과 복도에서, 정적인 행위는 거실 및 침실에서 일어났다. 세 번째, 행태조사를 통하여 공간의 개선 방향을 도출되었으며 다음과 같다. 거실은 정적, 동적인 행위 유형이 동시에 발생하는 장소이지만 정적행위의 빈도수가 높게 나타났다. 따라서 사물인터넷과 연계된 장치를 통해 보호, 관찰할 수 있는 시스템이 계획이 필요하다고 생각한다. 또한, 화장실과 욕실에서의 행위는 요양보호사에 의해 이루어지기 때문에 사용빈도 수가 높아 지체 현상이 발생하므로 거동이 가능한 노인들은 스스로가 작동 가능한 용변 시스템 계획이 필요하다고 판단된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the living behavior of the elderly and to lay the base for the continuous development of the study on the physical environment of the elderly housing. The subjects of the study are the elderly group homes located in Gangneung, which is the most similar to the elderly housing. The research method is to observe and record the behavior of the elderly by considering the preceding research. And the analysis results are as follows. First, through the behavior survey, the dynamic type is classified as walking, exercise, play, bathing, stool, and the static type is classified as sitting and lying. Second, the dynamic activities are mainly in the living room and corridor. And also the static activities are in the living room and bedroom. Third, the direction of improvement of space is derived through the behavior survey and as follows: The living room is a space where both static and dynamic behavior patterns occur at the same time, but the frequency of static activities is high. Therefore, it is considered necessary to have a system that can be protected and observed through devices connected to the Internet of Things. In addition, delays occur because behaviors in toilets and bathrooms are performed by care workers. Therefore, it is considered that elderly people who are able to move need a toilet system plan to operate themselves.
