문제중심학습(PBL)을 활용한 기획서 쓰기와 말하기 교육 방안 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 대학 글쓰기에서의 PBL을 활용한 기획서 쓰기와 말하기 교육 방안을 강구하여 실제 수업에 적용해 보고, 수업 사례 분석과 학습자들의 평가 및 설문을 바탕으로 교육적 효과를 모색해 본 연구이다. 구체적인 수업 모형은 ‘①동기 유발: 팀 효능감 테스트→②문제 제시: 문제 출제→③문제 확인: 문제 이해와 분석, 실천계획 수립, 해결안 모색→④문제 해결을 위한 자료 수집: 자료 통합과 구성, 해결안 모색→⑤문제 해결안 재확인 및 해결안 도출: 최종 해결안 도출, 발표 시나리오 작성 및 첨삭과 검토→⑥문제해결과 발표: 프레젠테이션 발표→⑦학습 결과 정리 및 평가: 발표 평가 및 자가 분석’ 으로 구성하였다. 이 수업 모형을 실제 수업에 적용해본 결과 첫째, 이 수업의 근본적인 목적인 의사소통 능력과 둘째, 팀 활동을 통해 서로 다른 의견들을 조율하고, 갈등을 해결하면서 협력 능력을 기를 수 있었다. 셋째, 스스로 구성한 기획 내용을 설득력 있게 전달하기 위해 다양한 테크놀로지를 활용하여 발표하고, 다른 팀들의 테크놀로지 활용 기법을 경험하는 과정에서 자원·정보·기술의 활용능력을 향상시킬 수 있었고, 넷째, 문제로부터 시작해 새로운 아이디어를 창출하여 기획·구성하고, 조리 있게 전달하는 과정을 통해 창의적 문제해결능력을 함양할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This research is the study sought to evaluate educational effectiveness based on a survey of colleges and utilizing the PBL proposal in writing a letter to find a training plan to try to apply actual classes, case studies and lessons learners. Specific teaching model is ①incentives: Team Efficacy Test→②problem presented:problem questions→③problem identification:Problem understanding and analysis, action planning, and seeking solutions → ④ data collection for solving the problem: data integration and configuration, solutions → ⑤ problem deriving solutions and reaffirms solutions: End-derived solutions, announced the scenario creation and feedback and review → ⑥ problem solving and presentation: presentation → ⑦ Organize and evaluate learning result: Evaluation and presentation was composed of self-analysis. Results tried to apply this model to the real class first class, was an ability to communicate the fundamental purpose of this class. Second, through a coordinated team effort of different opinions, and it was an ability to cooperate and resolve conflicts. Third, it could improve the literacy of resources, information and technology in the process of announcing to leverage a variety of technologies, and the experience of other techniques utilizing technology team to deliver convincing yourself you configure planning information. Fourth, starting from the problem and create new ideas, planning, configuration, and could be expected to improve creative problem solving skills through the process of delivering coherent.
