국문 초록

건국대 글로컬캠퍼스 교양대학의 비교과 프로그램은 다음과 같은 세 가지 특징을 가지고 있다. 첫째, 교양대학이 주관하는 비교과프로그램은 모두 교과교육과 연계하여 운영된다. 둘째, 교양대학의 비교과프로그램은 기초학문강화를 목적으로 한다. 다양한 학문분야가 있지만 기초학문의 기반을 굳건히 다진다는 측면에서, 어문교육과 수학 과학교육을 주축으로 시행한다. 셋째, 교양대학의 비교과프로그램은 모두 교과연계 프로그램이므로, 실효성을 높이기 위해서는 해당 교과학생들을 필수적으로 참여토록 한다. 아무리 다양한 프로그램을 운영한다고 해도 선택적으로 참여하다보니, 재학생 모두에게 널리 제공될 수 없는 한계가 있다. 건국대 글로컬 교양대학의 비교과 운영안은 기초학문 강화를 위한 비교과 운영의 유용한 사례가 될 수 있으리라 본다.

영문 초록

The extracurriculum programs of the liberal arts college at Konkuk University Glocal campus have the following three characteristics. First, all extracurriculum programs organized by liberal arts college are run in conjunction with the regular curriculum. Second, the extracurriculum programs of the liberal arts college are aimed at strengthening basic sciences. Although there are diverse disciplines, it focuses on education of language and mathematics and science in order to strengthen the foundation of basic science. Third, the extracurriculum programs of the liberal arts college are all curriculum -linked programs, so students need to participate in the curriculum to enhance the effectiveness. Even though diverse programs were run, students’ participation was made selectively, and there was a limit that they could not be widely offered to all students. Konkuk University Glocal Liberal Arts College is aiming to strengthen the basic sciences, and the extracurriculum programs of the curriculum are essential for achieving the curriculum goals and for spreading the knowledge of the curriculum.
