인지 중심 미술교육목표분류학 체계 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 인지이론이 미술교육목표분류학 설계에 주는 시사점을 탐구한 지난 호 연구에 이은 후속연구로, 분류학 개발의 실제 과정과 결과를 다룬다. 블룸의 교육 목표분류학을 개정한 앤더슨과 크래스홀의 분류학 체계를 기본 틀로 하여 윌슨의 미술교육평가분류학의 내용요소들을 대입하고 새로운 내용을 추가하여 재구조화하는 방식으로 설계를 진행하였다. 앤더슨과 크래스홀의 분류학이 명제적 지식과 논리적 사고에 기초해 있고, 윌슨의 분류학이 학과주의적 지식만 다룬다는 한계에 따라 확장된 인지 관점에서 미적 지식과 통합적 지식, 직관적 사고 등 새로운 미술교육의 내용과 인지 요소들을 추가하였다. 이를 통해 기존 지식교육이 놓치고 있는 종합 지적인 인지교육을 지향하는 분류학 체계를 만들고자 했다. 이 분류학에 대해 전문가 62명을 대상으로 두 차례의 델파이 조사를 실시하였고, 그 결과 이 분류학이 타당성과 적합성이 있음을 확인하였다. 이렇게 개발된 미술교육목표분류학은 미술교육 내용학 분야의 기초적 연구로 활용될 뿐만 아니라, 수업설계, 교육평가, 역량측정 및 진단, 교육과정 개발, 교재 개발 등 다양한 분야에서 활용되며 미술교육의 인지적 실천에 기여할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study deals with the actual process and results of the taxonomy development as a follow up study after the last issue study which explored the implications of cognitive theory on designing the taxonomy of educational objectives for art. Based on the taxonomic system of Anderson and Krathwohl, which revised Bloomʼs taxonomy of educational objectives, the content elements of Wilsonʼs educational evaluation taxonomy for art were assigned, and the knowledge and thinking elements which had not been covered in both taxonomy were added to this taxonomy design. Because of the limitation that Anderson and Krathwohlʼs taxonomy only deals with propositional knowledge and thinking, and Wilsonʼs taxonomy based on discipline, this study has added the elements of aesthetic knowledge, integrated knowledge, and intuitive thinking to the taxonomy in the viewpoint of expended cognition. For this taxonomy, two times of delphi surveys on 62 experts in related fields have been conducted, and confirmed that this taxonomy is valid and appropriate. This new taxonomy of educational objectives for art based on cognition can be used not only as a basic research in the field of art educational contents but also in various fields such as class design, educational evaluation, competence measurement and diagnosis, curriculum and textbook development, and it can help cognitive practice of art education.
