학교문화예술교육 지원 사업의 성과와 개선 방안

국문 초록

본 연구는 문화소외 지역 소규모 학교의 문화예술교육을 지원하는 예술꽃 씨앗학교의 성과와 문제점 및 개선방안을 문화기획자인 ‘씨앗가꿈이’ 의 관점에서 살펴보기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. ‘씨앗가꿈이’는 예술꽃 씨앗학교 프로그램 기획 및 총괄, 문화예술교육의 인적ㆍ물적 자원의 확보 및 관리, 지역연계 방안 모색 등 문화 기획자의 역할을 수행하나, 이들의 특수한 역할과 성격에 대한 연구가 그간 부재 했다. 이에 본 연구는 씨앗가꿈이의 관점에서 예술꽃 씨앗학교의 성과를 살펴보고, 씨앗가꿈이의 역할과 문제점 등을 중심으로 개선 방안을 모색해고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문화기획자로서 예술꽃 씨앗학교 운영에 참여한 ‘씨앗가꿈이’를 대상으로 초점 집단 면담을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 예술꽃 씨앗학교의 성과로 학생들의 인성과 학교에 대한 긍정적인 태도 변화, 진로 개발, 문화예술향유 능력 향상, 교사들의 수업 개선과 협력 관계를 통한 공동체 의식 함양, 학부모를 중심으로 하는 지역사회의 문화예술 교육에 대한 인식의 변화 등이 제시되었다. 반면, 개선 방안으로는 ‘씨앗가꿈이’의 역할에 대한 합의된 이해, 활동 여건 개선, 문화기획자로서 전문성 개발 기회의 확보 및 인력풀 관리 체제 구축 등이 제안되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the achievements, problems, and improvement strategies of Arts-Flower Seeds School which supports cultural arts education in small scale schools in culturally marginalized areas. For this purpose, we conducted a focus group interview on ‘SSiat Gakkumi’ participated in Arts-Flower Seeds School Project as a cultural agents. SSiat Gakkumi plays an important role in planning and managing the Arts-Flower Seeds School program, securing and managing the human and material resources of and arts and culture education, and seeking ways of linking the localities. However, little research has been done on them. Therefore, this study examined the achievements of the Arts-Flower Seeds School from the viewpoint of the SSiat Gakkumi, and explored the ways to improve SSiat Gakkumi’s role and problems. As a result, the accomplishments of Arts-Flower Seeds School Project include changes in students ‘personality and positive attitude toward the school, career development, enhancement of enjoyment of arts and culture, improvement of teachers’ class and changes in the awareness of community through cooperation. As improvement strategies, it was proposed to understand agreed understanding of the role of ‘SSiat Gakkumi’ , to improve their role playing conditions, to secure opportunities for professional development as a cultural planner, and to establish a manpower pool management system.
