준고령자와 고령자의 군집유형별 주거만족도 분석 - 강원도를 중심으로 -

국문 초록

저출산 및 평균수명의 연장으로 우리나라의 고령화는 가속화 되고 있다. 특히 강원도는 2008년 이미 고령사회로 진입하였으며, 고령자의 대상 및 범위도 빠르게 변모하고 있다. 이에 강원도는 고령화에 대응한 선제적 주거정책이 매우 시급한 실정이다. 주거만족도와 관련하여 고령자를 대상으로 한 연구가 대부분이며, 준고령자와 고령자를 대상으로 주거만족도를 살펴본 연구는 전무하다. 본 연구는 고령화가 매우 빠른 강원도의 준･고령자를 대상으로 군집유형별 주거만족도의 차이를 분석하였다. 이를 통해, 상존하는 준･고령자 계층을 유형화하였고, 군집유형별 차별화된 정책을 마련하기 위한 의식차이를 분석하 였다. 그 결과 준고령자 군집(SA1,SA2,SA3), 고령자군집(A1,A2,A3,A4)과 주거수준, 주거비용, 접근성, 커뮤니티, 종합만족도 간 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 지방정부의 계층적, 차별화된 주거정책 마련하는데 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The Republic of Korea is rapidly Increasing in aging population because of a low birth rate and a rise in life expectancy. Especially, Gangwon-do has already enterd the aged society in 2008, where the number of aging population at 65 or older is 14 percent or higher. This study focuses on the research for the residential satisfaction through classification of semi-aged and the-aged. When semi-aged will be old, it is expected that we will face serious, social and economic problems. Though they will be directly affected due to aging they are not ready for this. This study is analyzed for the semi-aged and the-aged in Gangwon-do, living in regin, employment, family type, ages target and these clustering characteristics by groups are identified. As a result of dividing into two groups, they are classified into seven categories: semi-aged group(SA1,SA2,SA3) and the-Aged group(A1,A2,A3,A4) Therefore, the following conclusions were derived. Firstly, Overall residential satisfaction category are found to higher in semi-aged than the-aged. Secondly, Residential satisfaction of semi-aged group are found to higher housing status than community, accessibility, residence cost. Thirdly, Residential satisfaction of the-aged group are found to higher community than housing status, accessibility, residence cost.
