영문 초록

The purpose of this study is whether there is any difference between housing values and residential satisfaction targets those who live in the studio, depending on personal factors, and identified as the relationship between housing values a nd residential satisfaction. This result is significant in providing important information to build a company that plans to build one-room studios have supported the plan decisions. Research methods used were surveyed one-room dwelling people of Anyang area, leading researchers to refer to the study of the residential housing values and satisfaction revised or supplemented. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS program Win10.0. Analysis method was used as the frequency, percentage, mean, t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis, factor analysis. The results are values o f residential housing residents living in one room castle, indoor and outdoor environmental and economic benefits castle, ionizing transportation, it was analyzed by five factors of internal functionality, transportation ionizing showed the highest was pure sincerity indoor and outdoor environmental and economic benefits. Residential Satisfaction of one-room dwelling is location showed the highest environment, economy was the order of the facility. The Higher Education is particularly location work shorter hours, higher values f or higher resident satisfaction by gender.
