해방기 박태원과 『소년삼국지』

국문 초록

이 글은 지금까지 박태원 연구에서 거의 언급되지 않았던 소년삼국지 를 통해 해방기 박태원의 행적과 문학을 재구성할 수 있는 세 가지 논점을 제시했다. 소년 삼국지 는 번역에 기반을 둔 박태원의 아동소설로서, 이 자료에 대한 검토는 해방 기 박태원의 행적과 문학에 대한 몇 가지 단서를 얻는 데 활용될 수 있다. 먼저 을유문화사와 [문장] 동인 및 그 주변인물들과의 긴밀한 관계는 소년삼국지 가 [소학생]에 연재되었던 배경으로 생각된다. 이 점에서 이 작품은 해방기 박태원의 인 적 네트워크를 재구성하는 데 활용될 수 있다. 다음으로 이 글은 소년삼국지 의 창작이 박태원의 번역과 병행되었다는 점을 밝혔다. 이러한 점에서 이 작품은 1946~1948년 사이 박태원의 작업 방식을 전형적으로 보여준다. 이때 소년삼국 지 의 연재가 1949년에 종료되었다는 점은 1949년 초를 해방기 박태원 문학의 분기점으로 바라볼 수 있는 관점을 제시한다. 마지막으로 이 글은 소년삼국지 텍스트의 특징을 내용 구성 및 편집상의 특징으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 소 년삼국지 의 창작 방식 및 이 시기까지 박태원의 􋺷삼국지􋺸 번역 상황, 해방기 박태원의 아동문학에 대한 감각 및 이 시기 이루어졌던 국어 표기법의 새로운 모색을 위한 실험적 시도 등을 살펴볼 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This article presented three points for reconstructing Park Tae-won’s whereabouts and literature during the liberation period through “The Romance of the 3 Kingdoms for Children”, which has so far been rarely mentioned in previous study. “The Romance of the 3 Kingdoms for Children” is a children’s novel by Park Tae-won based on translation, whose review of the material can be used to get some clues about Park s whereabouts and literature during the liberation period. First of all, the close relationship among Eulyoo Munhwa-sa and the members of “Moonjang” and its surrounding figures is thought to be the background that “The Romance of the 3 Kingdoms for Children” was included in Elementary Schoolchild. In this regard, the work can be used to reconstruct Park’s human network during the liberation period. Next, the article revealed that the creation of “The Romance of the 3 Kingdoms for Children” was in parallel with Park’s translation. In this regard, the work epitomizes Park’s way of working between 1946 and 1948. The fact that the series of “The Romance of the 3 Kingdoms for Children” ended in 1949 presents a view of the early 1949 as a junction of Park Tae-won s literature during the liberation period. Finally, the article looked at the features of the “Children s Three Kingdoms” text by dividing them into content composition and editorial features. This allowed us to look at the creative methods of “The Romance of the 3 Kingdoms for Children”, progress of Park Tae-won’s The Romance of the 3 Kingdoms translation, his sense of children s literature during the liberation period, and experimental attempts to find new Korean orthography techniques of the time.
