국문 초록

이 연구는 국내·외 농업과 식생활 연계 교육 동향 분석을 통해 국내 농업과 식생활 연계 교육 프로그램 개발과 실행에 시사점을 제공하는 데 연구 목적이 있다. 연구 목적 달성을 위한 구체적인 연구내용으로는 국내 농업과 식생활 연계 교육 동향 분석과 국외 농업과 식생활 연계 교육 동향 분석을 통한 국내 농업과 식생활 연계 교육 시사점 도출이다. 연구방법으로는 문헌 고찰 방법을 활용하였다. 문헌 고찰 내용은 국내 농업과 식생활 연계 교육 문헌 분석과 국외 농업과 식생활 연계 교육 문헌 분석이다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 농업이 식생활과 밀접한 관련이 있으며 우리가 섭취하는 음식의 원천이라는 인식을 함양할 수 있는 프로그램이 필요할 것이다. 둘째, 학교 텃밭은 학생들의 다양한 교육 분야와 관련이 있으며 특히 식습관 개선과 정의적 영역에서 효과가 구명된 연구가 있으므로 학교 텃밭과 식생활에 연계할 필요가 있을 것이다. 그리고 셋째로 지역 여건을 고려한 학교와 지역 실정에 적합한 다양한 농업 및 식생활 교육 프로그램이 개발될 필요가 있다. 이 연구의 결과는 국내 농업과 식생활 연계 교육 프로그램 개발과 실행을 위한 후속 연구에 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aims to provide implications for the development and implementation of domestic agriculture and dietary education programs through analysis of educational trends linked to domestic and foreign agriculture and dietary life. Specific research contents for achieving research purpose are analysis of domestic agriculture and dietary education trends and analysis of education trends related to overseas agriculture and dietary life. Literature review method was used. The contents of the literature review are the analysis of the domestic agricultural and dietary education literature and the analysis of the overseas agriculture and dietary education related education literature. The results of this study were as follows. First, we need a program that can cultivate awareness that agriculture is closely related to eating and is a source of food we eat. Second, the school garden is related to various educational fields for students, especially because off many effective studies in improving eating habits and affective areas, it is necessary to link them to school gardens and eating habits. Third, a variety of agricultural and dietary education programs that are appropriate for local and local conditions need to be developed. The results of this study will provide implications for follow-up research for the development and implementation of domestic agricultural and dietary education programs.
