유아교육 분야 델파이 연구방법 활용현황 분석 : 국내학술지 논문을 중심으로

국문 초록

최근 다학문 분야에서 델파이 연구방법을 활용한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다 이에 본 연구는 유아교육분야에서 이루어진 델파이 연구방법 활용현황을 분석하고자 하였다 이를 위해 국회 도서관 및 논문검색 사이트를 통해 유아 관련 델파이 연구 논문으로 검색된 편의 국내 학술지 논문을 분석 대상으로 선정한 후 분석 준거를 도출하였다 분석내용은 연도별 현황 연구목적 연구결과 적용 대상 별 논문의 수를 분석하고 델파이 연구 전문가 패널의 구성에 대해 분석하였다 결과는 자료 분석 준거에 따라 분류하고 빈도와 백분율을 구하여 처리를 하였다 분석 결과는 첫째 유아교육 분야에서 델파이 연구가 꾸준히 증가하였고 현재 활발히 이루어지고 있음을 알 수 있었다 둘째 유아교육 분야에서 델파이 연구는 도구개발이나 프로그램 개발을 하고자 하는 연구에서 주로 사용되었다 셋째 연구결과 적용 대상이 유아 교사 영유아교육기관에 집중되어 있음이 나타났다 넷째 전문가 패널의 수는 명에서 명을 구성하여 연구한 논문이 많았다 다섯째 전문가 패널의 구성은 교수 강사 집단 교사 집단 원장 원감 집단에 집중되어 있었다 이 분석 결과는 유아교육 분야에서 델파이 연구의 방향이나 흐름을 파악하고 전문가 패널 구성 시 참고사항을 제시하는데 의의가 있다

영문 초록

Recently, researches using Delphi research methods have been actively conducted in the field of multi-disciplinary studies. The purpose of this study was to analyze the current status of using Delphi research methods in early childhood education. For this purpose, 91 articles of domestic journals, which were searched for Delphi research related to young children, were selected through the Library of Congress and thesis search site. This study analyzed the present status by year, purpose of research, number of papers per research result, and panel composition of Delphi research experts. Data were classified according to the analysis criteria and the frequency and percentages were obtained and processed. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, Delphi research in the field of early childhood education has been steadily increasing and is now actively being done. Second, in the field of early childhood education, Delphi research was mainly used in research and development of tools and programs. Third, it was found that the subjects of the study were concentrated in young children, teachers, and young children education institutions. Fourth, the number of experts panel was composed of 21 to 30 persons. Fifth, the composition of the expert panel was focused on the professor lecturer group, the teacher group, the kindergarten principals assistant principals group. This analysis is meaningful in understanding the direction and flow of Delphi research in the field of early childhood education and suggesting references in the construction of expert panels.
