국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 차 산업혁명 시대 유아교육을 위한 제도적 기반을 분석하고 제안하는 것이다 이를 위해 차 산업혁명 유아교육 및 교육과 관련된 연구물을 수집하였다 수집한 연구물을 대상으로 질적 내용분석 방법을 적용하여 차 산업혁명 시대 유아교육을 위한 제도적 기반사항을 분석하였다 연구결과 차 산업혁명 시대 유아교육의 행정 제도적 기반사항으로는 가지의 상위범주에 관한 개의 하위범주로 구성하여 나타났으며 상위범주로는 민주적인 교육운영체제 교원 양성체제 교육부 견제 기관의 신설 학교 기반요소의 역할 재정립으로 도출되었다 차 산업혁명 시대 유아교육의 교수와 학습을 위한 제도적 기반사항으로는 가지의 상위범주에 관한 개의 하위범주로 구성하여 나타났으며 상위범 주로는 주권자로서의 학습자 유아 자발적 창출자로서의 유아교사 인본주의 토대의 교육을 실현하는 유아교육과정 유연하며 안전한 유아교육의 물리적 환경으로 도출되었다 본 연구는 차 산업혁명 시대 유아교육을 위한 제도적 기반 마련을 위한 기초적 자료를 제공하는 것에 그 의의가 있다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze and propose the institutional foundation for early childhood education in the fourth Industrial Revolution. For this study, the researchers collected and analyze the data of the 4th Industrial Revolution Early Childhood Education and 4th Industrial Revolution. Qualitative content analysis(QCA) was applied to the analysis of research data. research result of administration institutional foundation for early childhood education in the 4th Industrial Revolutionthat is drived 10 sub categories of 4 main categories up. main categories were found to the democratic education operating system, teacher training system, establishment of a checking agency for the Education Ministry and re-establishment of the role of school-based factors. research result of teaching and learning institutional foundation for early childhood education in the 4th Industrial Revolutionthat is drived 13 subcategories of 4 main categories up. main categories were found to learners as a sovereign, teachers as a voluntary creator, education courses that realize the basis of humanitarianism, and physical environments of education with flexible and secure. This study has significance about the provide the basic data for establishing an institutional basis for early childhood education in the 4th Industrial Revolution.
