과학수업 분석도구를 활용한 컨설팅 경험이 유치원교사의 수업일관성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 과학수업 분석도구를 활용한 컨설팅을 실시하여 유치원교사들의 과학수업 일관성을 향상시 키는데 목적이 있다 이를 위해 유치원교사들은 과학수업 분석도구를 활용하여 자신의 과학수업을 반성 하고 체계적으로 점검할 수 있는 총 회의 컨설팅에 참여하였다 컨설팅에 참여한 교사들의 수업일관성의 변화를 알아보기 위하여 사전 사후에 교사들이 작성한 과학수업 계획안과 더불어 본 연구자가 직접 과학수업을 참관 관찰하면서 수업일관성을 분석하였다 또한 수업일관성의 구체적 내용을 알아보기 위하여 심층면담 자료 반성적 저널쓰기 컨설팅 시 교사들이 자가 분석한 과학수업 계획 및 실행 분석지 등의 자료를 수집하여 질적 분석하였다 그 결과 유치원교사들의 과학수업 일관성이 향상되었으며 구체적 으로 목표의 중요성 인식하기 유아가 중심이 되는 수업 고민하기 목표 달성을 위한 비계설정 및 사전 지식 활용 시도하기 수업 평가 계획하고 실행하기가 특징적으로 나타났다 본 연구는 유아과학수업의 효과성을 높이기 위해 수업일관성 차원에서 수업계획 및 실행 시 지켜야 할 고려 및 주의 사항들을 교사들에게 제공할 수 있을 것이며 현장 과학수업의 질 개선에도 기여할 수 있을 것이다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examines the effect of consulting based on science class analysis tool on instructional coherence of early childhood teachers. For this purpose, 7 early childhood teachers were invited to a total of six(6) instances of science class consultations based on the tool of science class analysis. To determine the changes in science class coherence of early childhood teachers, the researcher directly observed the science teaching of the teachers before and after the consulting, and analyzed the results using the teaching consistency analysis tool, interviews with 7 students and from their science class analysis sheets. The results of the study indicated improvements to the science class coherence of early childhood teachers. And positive results were seen in the following 4 additional categories: realizing the importance of the science class goal, reflective thinking towards their own science classes based on child-centered, activating scaffolding and pre-knowledge of children, and evaluating the achivement of goal. It is expected that the present study would be able to provide significant considerations on the contents and methods of teacher education for science class coherence.
